This is by far the worst run Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Absolutely pathetic excuse for staff.

My wife and I went to this location for dinner and the staff was extremely rude. They acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering food. We sat down at a table and waited for a long while. I got up and walked to the counter and nobody acknowledged me for a while. The girls seemed like their personal conversation was more important. They rudely said the chicken is going to be a while and then rolled her eyes. All the employees were busy looking at their cell phones and standing around. What ever happened to customer service? I told them to give me my money back and will not be returning to this location.

The attitude of the staff here absolutely sucks. This place treats doing their job like the biggest inconvenience possible. 2 of the menus are broken as well so you can't even see 2/3rds of it. The bar is on the floor for fast food service and they manage to limbo under it somehow. Maybe it's understaffed and this is a stressful environment for them but this doesn't even feel like the same place as when I visited the area last year.
New management, better wages, or something needs to change because this place is awful now.

Please do not waste your money here. I've given this restaurant so many chances and everytime it's an epic fail. The food is always cold and chicken is dried out.

I ordered a 16 tender meal which is supposed to come with 16 tenders and I asked for spicy and they were regular, 8 biscuits which I didn’t get, and 3 sides which I did get but I called and tried to see if they can fix it and I can come in the next day to atleast get the biscuits and they said they can’t fix the tenders and I can’t get the biscuits. I was not about to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for only 8 biscuits on the same night

Food was cold when I got home 6 mins away. Missing 2 items attempt to call and was unsuccessful. The line would pick up and hang up..

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Never really had a problem before with the chicken sandwich but today was the most awful taste and texture experience ever. Almost made me throw up. I couldn't even finish the meal. 20$ down the drain because somebody couldn't take the basic precautions on cooking chicken thoroughly. This is going to make people very sick! And no Popeyes I don't want a redeemable reward for more of your chicken. You already ruined that experience for me.

Messed up my sandwich and to fix it they scrapped the mayo off of it and put spicy mayo on vs remaking the sandwich.

Never been charged for dipping sauce before when I didn’t get any dipping sauce to begin with. All I asked for was some ranch for my meal and apparently it is extra for just one container of sauce. Guess I’ll have to eat my chicken dry.
