We tried to go here for a date night mid week thinking we wanted to try the new deep sea margarita. It was okay but mostly you could taste the coconut rum vs tequila. Our waitress did her best but was so overwhelmed by being sat 3 tables at once by the on-site male manager. I didn’t get his name. He was too busy complaining in the bar about how Darlene should be working more shifts. He is frequently seen just sitting on his butt while the staff is struggling.. I’ve seen this the past 4 visits here. We had decent food for the price but even the kitchen couldn’t seem to keep up as I never got a refill for my “endless shrimp”. The waitress tried to make it alright but honestly this just wasn’t the best way. Still the manager never came by….still sitting in the bar whining. This wholeexperience put a negative spin and honestly don’t know if I even want to go back again despite my loyalty to Red Lobster.

We had the pleasure of having Klye as our sever.We never had to ask for drink refills. He already had them ready.With 3 small kids.He made our experience amazing.We will definitely ask for him in the future.

Got seated and waited 10 minutes. No one came to even take my 10 order yet.There were 4 girls right in front of me just having a conversation.Oh yeah I forgot to say it wasn’t even crowded at all.After 10 minutes I got up and walked out.I hope they make these robots to start serving people because people these days are so lazy.

Birthday Celebration with my Bestie. She had the Double Lobster & Shrimp platter. It was excellent! She died and went to heaven. I had a cup of clam chowder, scallops & brocolli. It was all excellent. We had plenty of take home to enjoy as well. Also - the Chocolate Cake & Ice Cream was a perfect finishing tough. Our server kept us happy - checking in with us.

We patron at the Greenville, Tx location frequently and we received the best service ever on Saturday evening to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Tori was our server and she was amazing. Very attentive and polite. She made sure we felt like her only customers and they were short staffed. We will be requesting Tori every time we come in.Thank you, Tori for a great experience!!!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable optionsKid-friendliness: They have an activity page and crayons to keep the kids busy while you wait for your food.
