Local Hotel gave me a 10% coupon for this restaurant at check-in. I am glad I tried the RibCrib. It was worth it even without the coupon. If the picture looks good I can tell you that the food was excellent - it was tasty, it was hot and I enjoyed it every last morsel. Andrea was fantastic as my server and had good suggestions. I ended up with the combination ribs and catfish with fried okra and coleslaw.

We paid $43 for 2 boxes of this food. We got charged more for brisket and got 3 little slices. I’m not coming back here to get a small portion and being skimped of food. They gave us each maybe $5 worth of meat and 2 sides. If you can avoid coming here I would, small portions and took us 30 minutes in drive thru..

The prices were way too high outrageous little video thing.
Catered our 50th anniversary party. The food and service were excellent.
TOOK TOO LONG TO GET SERVICE
Danielle was an amazing server and Austin was super nice. They definitely earned themselves some repeat customers. We both had the 4 meat plate and couldn’t eat it all it was so much food but amazing. For appetizer, dinner, drinks and dessert we walked out around $70. Freaking awesome prices for BBQ. Absolutely fantastic.

I gave it 4 stars for one reason. Otherwise I’d I probably would’ve given it all 5. We went there today for lunch and my husband and I split the 3 meat plate. We got the spicy sausage for him, the polish sausage for me and we were going to split the brisket. Here’s where the missing star comes in. You have to pay almost $3 extra for the brisket on any meet plate. Which that’s fine, until our food came out and we see all we got were 2 small slices of brisket…. What??? We paid extra for that??? It was good but not $3 extra good. Both sausage were good and we enjoyed the mild bbq sauce. We got Mac n cheese & green beans as our sides and they were both delicious. Our daughter ordered the kids ribs and liked them so much she ordered extra (which for 2 ribs alone was the same price as a kids meal). So we should have just ordered her an adult meal. This was our first time there. The service was nice and our server was friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for anything. And overall the food was good. I just think it’s a tad over priced for some of it.

The brisket has been fatty past 2 times. Mac n cheese was great last time and you can see how chunky rather than creamy it is tonight. Needs more staff.

My wife left a review for me about our trip to rib crib last night but I feel the need to share this. If you are open till 10, you should serve whatever is on the menu until closing time unless you are out( for real). Unfortunately, Greenville tx doesn’t offer much in terms of respectful service or good employees anymore. It’s always a bunch of folks who don’t realize that they are COMPLETELY DESTROYING your businesses. Your company values mean absolutely nothing to them and it shows. Your good name means nothing to them and it shows. Your food, the way you would serve it means nothing and it has been showing for a while!! The people who you have hired to represent your business, and be the face of your business in Greenville tx have destroyed it. Your business deserves better than what you have employed to take care of it and they should absolutely be embarrassed but they aren’t and it showed last night. I don’t want your money, nor gift cards. This isn’t a ploy to get free food. It’s just a reminder that you get what you put out. Right now, your people are driving your business to the ground. You can’t run a business by handing over free food because of your inadequate employees. You deserve better and so does your food fan base.

Ordered the chicken salad/chips and salsa/drink combo for takeout and was beyond impressed. The meal was packaged perfectly, with plenty of napkins, dressing and utensils. The presentation of the salad was a work of art and the food was the perfect temperature. Will definitely order again soon!

Was recommended by hotel. Took almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the from and it wasn't even 9pm on a Friday night. We finally order only go find out most of the barbecue was sold out. We never got silverware. Hope your not in a rush for refills or the check, staff is too busy in the back joking around as I type this. There is 1 other customer, should have left!

Waited an hour for food. Tables around us were getting up and leaving without being served because of the wait. When we were served our food the brisket was burnt, dry and tough. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Never saw the waitress after ordering. Shame to pay that much for a meal you take home to feed to the dogs.
Mid afternoon visit. Service attentive but not overbearing. Potato with pulled pork was very yummy!
