Went here this past Friday for date night with my wife. We both got the sliced brisket. Was barely even warm. I was able to deal with it, but my wife sent hers back. Manager brought out some fresh brisket for her. Waitress was amazing. Upon leaving, we noticed that underneath the table wasnt cleaned at all. Had food and crayons all over the floor. Surprised cause it wasnt that busy. Definitely wasnt worth the $76 bill (we included 20% because waitress did a good job). Definitely won't be back. Hopefully they get better. If not, I don't see place lasting a couple more years.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. We asked if a specific item was gluten free. The server took the time to print out the ingredients. We will be back. I highly recommend the smoked chicken nachos! They were the best nachos I've ever had!

I had the brisket and it had good flavor. However, I had to chew it for a minute. Extremely tough, not a good sign for brisket. The potato salad is great, Mac n cheese is... dry and rough honestly. They also upcharge for this extremely dry and tough brisket. I would not recommend getting the brisket.

Been hearing about the ribs here and not disappointed. Very tender and smoky, my only complaint is the bark on them was kind of dried out and chewy, otherwise good. The fried okra were very good and hot, Mac n cheese was a little dry but had potential. Mid afternoon on a Saturday the place was pretty empty but I liked the atmosphere; good music and very interesting art work on the walls. Will definitely go back to try the bbq and other items.

We ordered for the first time ever last night as we had wanted to try it for a long time. That was by far the largest mistake we have ever made. My husband and I smoke a lot of meat and can tell what is leftovers and what is fresh. Beef has a distinct flavor as leftovers and it was so dry it crumbled. The ribs were 100% leftovers and repulsive - like the fat pockets were yellow/green like leftovers. Disgusting. Coleslaw should NOT be salty. The only saving grace was the turkey which was fresh, albeit a tad salty. Anniversary dinner ruined. Never, ever again. That was total crap and a complete waste of $40 for 2 plates of trash food.

Wait time is not worth the food. It takes and extremely long time for even basic orders.
Was very disappointed on Sept 30/2925 with Rib Crib Greenville. We went to dinner at 6:00pm, I ordered a loades baked potato, with brisket, my nephew ordered the brisket dinner plate. Right away the waitress came out and said they were out if potatoes, did I want something else...I reordered and then in a short while she comes over and tells us they ar we out of brisket, my nephew had to reorder also.at 6:00pm they should have had plenty of food on hand!!! The good we finally got was cold and not very flavorful at all...very very disappointed with our meal . Won't be going there for dinner again for sure.

Local Hotel gave me a 10% coupon for this restaurant at check-in. I am glad I tried the RibCrib. It was worth it even without the coupon. If the picture looks good I can tell you that the food was excellent - it was tasty, it was hot and I enjoyed it every last morsel. Andrea was fantastic as my server and had good suggestions. I ended up with the combination ribs and catfish with fried okra and coleslaw.
