Bad experience hands down. This place used to be great but it has gone down hill quick. I'm not sure if it's the management not caring anymore but my family hasn't had a worse experience than tuesday March 26th. Even though the girl who took our order was really sweet her name I believe was Raylee. She did her best and attended us great. The food took to long for it to be as bad as it was. It didn't seem cooked right at all the taste was bland and everything was not put together well at all. The staff was slow to resolving any issues and there was a lot of unwelcoming energy from the start. This place needs to step it up. Even their rockwall location has issues. New management or whole entire staff but this place needs to be fixed.

Raelynn is the sweetest server around! Very attentive and even knows our order as soon as we walk in! We love the service of all of the workers there and made a few friends as well! If there is ever a problem they will try their best to fix it. We love our family fun nights here!

Seating for bowling is farther than expected. Most bowling alleys have seating at the lane. Tables are set back 20foot or more. Lane beside us their table was off center in front of our table. Ordered mixed drinks and there was no alcohol in them at all. I'm not a drinker! We will not be returning to this establishment. However it was clean that's why I have it 2 stars.
Best experience at Shenanigans of Greenville. We came in a Group of 2 adults and a group of our 4 kids. We got our lane and think I kinda picked our waitress accidentally lol She came to our table, took our orders with the biggest, friendliest smile. Worked hard all night! We didn’t have to ask for refills at all and if we needed something more she was never hard to find! I want to show some appreciation to Raeleigh for being the sweetest, fastest, most patient waitress I have ever had. She deserved every last bit of the tip she received tonight! I hope she’s there when we come back!! Thank you sooooo much Raeleigh!!!!-A. Haddock

We went here for a grandchild's birthday celebration. The atmosphere was very fun loving, family oriented and welcoming. The food served swiftly and the quality of food surprisingly good. Service was great.
