Love this place and the service. The new chef "Amanda" in the back is doing an outstanding job. The hot dogs are great, even without the relish. I love dining here and was thoroughly impressed. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The culinary team deserves special recognition for their skills. The dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were truly memorable. I especially enjoyed the hot dogs, which were delicious and satisfying. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.

I ordered the deep-fried mushrooms, and they came out burnt. The sandwich was okay, but there was nothing to rave about. The service was excellent. Would I go again? The answer is no.

I first went to the original Snuffers in Dallas in college. Decades later it has stood the test of time as a nostalgic treat with ice cold beer on draft and the best cheese fries in the state.

First time customer, worst possible experience. Place was pretty much empty at 6 when e showed up as a party of 8, got seated. Never got asked for drinks, server was rude when my sister went to get a high chair for my nephew cause it was never offered. We we were completely ignored for 30 minutes. We went asked twice if they would be by the table soon to take our drink orders and we're told they would be with us in a moment and never showed up. They went and helped other customers who showed up after us. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else.

Every time we go this place gets worse. There are other Snuffers locations. If you have a choice, don't choose this one.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is fine. The bathroom door is heavy and the soap dispenser is too high. It's always dirty.

I have eaten at this Snuffer’s many times. I usually reserve posting a review because the service is always mediocre. Today the service was actually decent.
However, I’m giving a very low rating because they charged me for a side of mustard for my hamburger.
When I questioned the server, she said that they have to charge for any condiments that are not part of the meal.
This makes no sense to me since ketchup sits on the table and I know for a fact that mustard actually cost less than ketchup at a store.
I’ve posted a picture of my receipt so you can see for yourself. The owners/manager of this restaurant really need to get a grip on what they’re doing to their customers.
I understand paying for a side of sour cream or a side of ranch dressing, but mustard is something that comes on a hamburger and so it makes no sense why they would charge extra for it.
This is the first time I’ve been to this Snuffer’s in months because of poor service. Today may well have been the last time.
My food was served cold, all the toppings for my cheese fries were served on the side instead of on top of them which meant they were not melted into the cheese, and based on the look of the cheese, they had been sitting for a long time before they even came to my table.
Dietary restrictions: It’s not always easy to get the food the way you want it ordered. I’ve had to send it back in the past multiple times to get it right.
Parking: It shared parking with other places in a strip center. And there’s not always a lot of it especially on a busy day.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a fine place for Kids to come and they offer a Kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables and booths both. Makes it easy for a wheelchair to roll up to.

Was disappointed you didn't have relish with a hotdog, and you took away the sweet potato fries!

Food was good, staff great, was really disappointed to find out that Snuffer's no longer serves sweet potato fries. They were the best in town.

I recently visited Sniffers, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The food was a letdown; most of the dishes lacked flavor, and they were overly greasy, making it hard to enjoy the meal. As for the atmosphere, it was on the loud side, which made it tough to have a conversation without raising our voices. The service was pretty inconsistent—sometimes we had to wait a long time for someone to check in on us, and when they did, a few of our orders came out wrong. Overall, not the best experience, it was glorified bar food.
