Waited 15 minutes for a foot long and one regular chili dog with two sides and drinks, and they still got it wrong. The food was OK when we finally got it. Then I remembered why I don't go there. It used to be a good and fast food place. They just need some good employees and real training.
I sat inline for 20 minutes no one took my order. Finally I just pulled up to the window sat there for 10 minutes so finally I drove off. All I wanted was a cup of ice but apparently that’s too complicated for them. Worst sonic around.

Waited 5 minutes in drive through before someone took our order. Then wait 20 minutes at the window before someone even came to the window. The employees were just standing inside. All I ordered was small mozzarella sticks and a small coke. This is ridiculous, they could have at least come to the window and said something. When the employee did come to the window he was very irritated. I will never be returning to this sonic

This is the worst sonic that I have ever went too. Every visit thinking maybe its better this time , but it isn’t. Today we went to get a vanilla shake it was all cool whip. No more will go there again. Something has to be done. This is in Greenville Texas

Horrible all the way around they charge you if you want salsa with a burrito like yes a breakfast burrito if you want salsa it’s $0.50 a pack it’s stupid this use to be my stop almost every morning to work but in the last few months it’s gone down my never again moment was I can’t even get salsa with my burrito heck my foods already cold when you hand it to me the least you could do is give me some salsa with it..

I ordered on the app AFTER we arrived so that any delay on my part would not result in cold, soggy food (foreshadowing here) with clear and simple substitutions to our burgers. The burgers came out menu standard and COLD. I called in to the restaurant, which was not busy, BTW. We were one of maybe 5 cars in the entire parking lot. No answer. Ok, so I have an out of state number... maybe they think it's spam. Call right back in ...bc spam doesn't do that from the same number. No answer. I walk up and knock on the door and explain my issue to a girl who looks like she'd rather be doing anything other than talking to me. Fair enough. I'm not a huge fan of being told I've made a mistake either...but I didn't blame her...simply explained that there had been an issue with the burgers, but now I have wasted too much time here to wait for replacements and can manage the burgers we received if they would just provide me pickles and condiment packets. She goes to her manager, who leaves me standing outside in below freezing temps while she scrolls through the past orders to verify that they had indeed made a mistake before allowing the girl to give me a cup with 8 pickle slices in it. No real apology, no offer of a refund. I give them 2 stars 🌟 only because the text line for issues credited me for the sandwiches after a text conversation that spanned over 20 minutes and required multiple screenshots of my order and 2 explanations (one to the automated and one to the actual agent). Be better Sonic...Just be better.
Ordered 6 root beer floats and the cup was filled half way with ice and couldn't even taste the root beer it tasted watered down. Called the store 5 times never could get an answer would ring thing go to busy signal. So tried the 800 number and was told that they would like to make it better by giving a 10.00 gift card through the app and nothing there.

I got here like 5 minutes after placing my order in the app. Had to wait like 15 minutes which was fine I wasn’t in a rush. But I ordered a normal frito chili wrap, and a route 44 Dr Pepper light ice and got tots for free, they brought the food out the guy was nice but the frito chili wrap was just super cold and smelled and tasted digusting like it had just been sitting there for who knows how long waiting for someone to order one. The tots are cold and like really soft/ soggy. And the drink they brought me an unsweetened tea so I just asked for the right drink and they brought the right dr. Pepper. But even then. There was no ice at all and the drink tasted completely flat and watered down so yeah. Definitely not gonna come back to this location. I’d like a refund but I don’t even want to bother with it, would probably be super complicated.

Nice staff. Abysmal food prep. Ultimate meat and cheese burrito? More like half-empty bone-dry tortilla roll. Like come on man. I feel robbed. I keep holding out in hope. This item has been a favorite since I was a teen, but this is like the fifth time with this place.

Not sure if there is new management or what but the last 3 times I have eaten here has been ON POINT! Not sure of the gentleman's name on shift these last few times but service was great. Food tasted amazing. I hope they keep it up. Definitely enjoyed the food.
