I have not been to sonic in many years. I pass by it frequently as my husband and I go out to other places to eat. I decided this evening to give it a try and see if it’s still as good as it once was. It definitely was not. The cheese tots only had about 10 pieces in both of orders and my husbands cheese coney had a spoonful of chili on it. The bun was shrank and it was just a terrible experience all around. We will definitely be going back

I stopped at sonic today to get a vanilla shake and after some time something ended up in my mouth and it was dark. Tasted it and it tastes like peanut butter and looks like chocolate flakes. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to anything that I know of. And I tried calling several times and they never answered their phone. So they need to be cleaning their equipment between varieties and customers. I'd hate to have to stop giving them service if they can't not put customers at risk.
Waited over 45 mins for a combo and large mozzarella stick. Never got it. Will never be ordering from or visiting this location again. Half the employees looked like they needed a grooming. Terrible. Not even that busy
