Waited 20 mins for 4 soft drinks (after waiting 10 mins for someone to respond to the red order button), and they brought out the wrong drinks three times before the manager finally came out. She came out without the drinks, just a slip of paper with the incorrect order on it, her name tag was on backwards, and she refused to give me her name. She was wearing long fake pink or red nails. She yelled at me and called me names, and refused to give me my order! As a customer I have never been treated this horribly. I cannot believe this location is still in business.

The last several times I've been to THIS location I've had a terrible experience. At least 2 of the visits they were out of their route 44 cups and large cups. The service is absolutely horrendous too, having to wait 15-20 minutes for even the most basic drink order when I'm the only person in line and it's not busy, ordering pretzels and asking for cheese sauce and not saying they're OUT OF CHEESE SAUCE until after I pay, forgetting straws, not getting 80% of the last 5-6 orders right. Do yourself a favor and go to the sonic on I-30 in the travel center. The extra 5 minutes trip will save you 10 min of waiting and prob a few gray hairs.

I dont know why they cant seem to hold onto staff and everyone seems to need more training. I always have to double check my stuff to make sure they didnt put double of the ingredient im allergic to on my food. They also ring up things wrong. Just expect mistakes and a wait.

My husband and I came to sonic and placed two orders one for each of us. The person taking the order, made it two separate orders and had to redo it. I ordered a large peach lemonade and got a medium regular lemonade. I ordered the chicken sandwich only and it first she charged me for the combo. Even when I told them I did not want the combo.

I had trouble to find a stall that works, there was a long wait for food, even after ordering ahead. The food is terrible, nothing like it used to be. Drinks aren’t even the same. I will not go back here again.

I got the Jr. Breakfast burrito, and it was the perfect size and it was really good! My step-dad got a burger, but they forgot to put cheese on it when he asked for cheese. It also took a while for our food to come but we weren't in a hurry or anything so it was ok. Other than those 2 things, everything was great!Parking: There are plenty parking spots here.

so this is my final time going to sonic here in Greenville, because don’t comprehend that if someone says no lettuce, it means no lettuce or if someone says light ice it means light ice don’t go heavy on ice. It’s like they’re not trained or they don’t care. I finally got a chicken sandwich. Ask for no lettuce pickles I got no pickles with lettuce, but the lettuce looks nasty and old And I can’t even buy food for my own kid because the food is overdone or the food owed and they’re too lazy to cook fresh food and every time I’mand I can’t even buy food for my own kid because the food is an oven or the food owed and they’re too lazy to cook fresh food and every time I’m sorry y’all just lost a customer and y’all need to do better

You seriously need to fix your intercom when pulling up to the drive thru. The girl who tried taking my order rudly yelled "I can't hear you!!!". Then another girl had to come out to verbally take my order and was also rude, glaring at me then said, "Is that all!!??". After the car in the drive through left I pulled up and they tried to give me the wrong order. Nobody would give me their names because they knew how rude they were to us. We are going on 15 minutes now. The names of your employees are Landry and Elizabeth.girl or boy with short dark hair. Extremely rude employees. Please get your intercom fixed. Train them to be polite and courteous. I didn't see Jordan or I would have spoke to her immediately. Will try again and hope your intercom is fixed and employees are improved
