I wanted to share a review about the lady at the cash register today- the receipt says her name is Javonta. You don't typically receive the level of service and kindness she has provided to not only me, but to everyone walking in the door. I hope Taco Bell of Greenville knows how wonderful she is!

I don't know who was working the nightshift that night, but they were great. First time in a long time I have ever had to let my food to sit and cool off because it was too hot to eat from a taco bell.

The manager was not nice to an autistic customer who was saying they charged him twice, they did not believe him until the second order was ready. My order was completely wrong my kids food had the spicy sauce that comes on the quesadillas when I asked for it not to be on there. That manager needs fired or demoted because that is freaking ridiculous! Me and my husband also got sauces and they didn’t give them to us. Do better for heck’s sake.

But we had a remake just to stilllllll be messed up … 2 days n a row and customers that where dining in was complaining about their order being messed up as well . Iono if they can’t handle when they get a little busy at night but 2 times in a row is crazzzyyyy . And I don’t even like eating Taco Bell so to go n get the order messed up twice is bad .. simple ingredients, if it’s put in on the register correctly I guess they have problems reading or some , idk . But it’s everywhere n Greenville not just Taco Bell

So at Taco Bell in Greenville Texas, for $3.88 you should be getting 2 crispy tacos, hold cheese. That's what I ordered, what I paid for. What I received is 2 taco shells, with maybe a TEASPOON OF MEAT in both shells, one had a sprinkle of lettuce, the other had too much lettuce. That is pathetic, wont be going back there

The food is typically Taco Bell, but the staff here is very friendly and the facility is always clean. That is what makes the difference for me.

Overall everything could be improved at the Greenville ,Tx location. I got there and said I was there to pickup an order, I was then told it was being prepared. The front desk worker Abby then went back to drawing in her book. I waited about 10-15 minutes, two people before me started complaining about the wait time they had apparently been there for about 30 minutes. Just to figure out Abby didn’t check no one in because she was too busy drawing in her book. They finally got their orders and it had been about 30 minutes for me so I asked about an eta. Just to be told Abby didn’t check me in, so I said forget it and asked for a refund just to find out I gotta go back through the app. And to be told I would hear back 2-3 days, which is insane. I will not be going back to the Greenville location ever again the workers are all slow and don’t seem to care about customers at all, I’m surprised the store is even still open because every time I have gone there is always a problem whether it be the service or the food.

You can’t expect much from a food place in Greenville. But normally when you ask for something not to be done they usually listen? Not in Greenville. You ask for sauces? Not gonna get em. You order a Large drink to come with your order? Not gonna get it. Overall 1 out of 10 experience with this location 🙃
