Even though they were crazy busy tonight and our wait was over an hour all employees were super friendly. Amberlie was our server and she did a fantastic job even with the mix up in the kitchen 💕

Unfortunately our experience was sadly lacking, the floor manager this evening was extremely rude right off the bat.... After being seated we had a wonderful waitress who did the best she could to overcome the rudeness of her manager and the mistakes in the kitchen, however we had to endure the manager a second time due to the kitchens mistake on our meals. We received shrimp instead or ribs with a steak, not a big deal just preferred the ribs that where ordered, instead of leaving the correct meals and replacing the error then entire table was returned ( everyone's food was now going to below temp). when it was brought back (same tray) the kitchen staff (not the waitress) joked that he hoped No one has a shellfish allergy.. yeah buddy me too hate to have to call an ambulance.. he dropped the food off and disappeared. the two steaks that where ordered medium proceed to be cut into, they were rare, not medium rare I'm mean cold in the middle rare. we placed them at the table edge and ate what we had for 13 minutes. Our poor waitress came by and was her Jae dropped at the sight she immediately scooped th.up and said those aren't medium, I'll take care of it right now. Low and behold the manager brought them same steaks back ( 25+ minutes off the fire before re firing them ) and presented them as perfect. .. far from it buddy they where now over cooked and dry, no offer to re make just here they are hope you enjoy.. nothing offered at all not even to remove them from the bill. I completely understand it's the holidays and people are tired and busy but your one job as management's is customer service, and from customers who work in customer serving and have all waited tables this manager will be the downfall of the entire staff. No wait staff should need to make excuses for thier manager's rudness to a customer.

The community came out to support the Dawson Family last night and Texas Roadhouse took on the challenge and killed it! There was a 1-2 hour wait and you would have never known. Service was great and fast. Thank you for helping Aubrey and the kids!

I've always enjoyed going to Texas Roadhouse every chance I get. This time I got there a tad later in the evening around 8. The food was good but not as great as I'm typically used to getting here. The rolls were semi-warm and they seemed to have run short on salad materials. The salad I got was smaller than normal, had a high count of tomatoes, and was sparse on the cheese, no croutons or other ingredients. The ribs were good and the steak fries loaded seemed to have been microwaved to get the cheese to melt. Not my best experience but the service was great and I'll certainly give them another shot some other time.

Good for local steaks. Staff is friendly and food is good. My only complaint is how long the wait is on weekend evenings. Just because the city of Greenville is not going enough to bring in new restaurants.

First off this isn’t our first time eating at a Texas Roadhouse. We’ve been to many around the country and never had any issue. Last night we went to Texas Roadhouse in Greenville, TX three adults three kids. The adults all got the ribeye and we all became extremely sick off of it. Thankfully none of the kids had steak so they didn’t get sick. Idk what happened if they didn’t properly store their meat or what but food poisoning is never fun. Just wanted to give everyone a warning maybe go to the Rockwall location so you don’t spend the next 24-48 hrs in pain and discomfort not being able to leave your house. The staff seemed friendly so that’s a positive as did the manager. The food was cooked decently. The ribeye was a little tough but otherwise we thought it was fine up until we got sick. Just be warned.

Side note why are there solicitors as you are just trying to go to dinner pressing people into donating money then when offered money they didn’t accept it unless I gave them more than what I offered?

And the parking lot wasn’t bad but it didn’t help that multiple trucks/trailers took up multiple parking spots and/or didn’t park correctly therefor taking up even more parking spaces. This isn’t the fault of the restaurant but the customers. Still a complaint.
