If confusion were a menu item, it would be the number 1 combo at this Whataburger.
Every visit to the Wesley Street location in Greenville feels like we are part of a social experiment: “How many employees does it take to enter a basic order?” Spoiler alert, more than you would think. Even the simplest substitution sends the team into a full-on huddle, like they are calling a play on 4th and long.
Accuracy? Optional.
Cleanliness? The floor is seasoned with enough crumbs to open a second location.
And on weekday nights, it is basically Lord of the Flies behind the counter. We actually witnessed the entire kitchen staff walk outside mid-shift to see what was happening in the parking lot, gloves on, then straight back inside, still ready to serve. Nothing says “health code” like mystery meat and mystery microbes.
Cannot wait for the new Whataburger to open across town. Maybe that one will come with adult supervision and working soap dispensers.

Absolutely Furious the worst service I have had had to go to work order breakfast didn't think I would have to not eat at all ordered the pancakes with bacon the bacon wasn't cooked all the way even though it comes already cooked thoroughly it was cold the pancakes and there was no butter or syrup that came with them ordered iced coffee caramel you know you think that would be sweet but no there was no sweetener in it whatsoever it was just coffee and watered down the banana pudding Shake that's a joke order some breakfast burritos no sausage them just egg makes no sense again and I ordered another coffee and banana shake for the other person and it's the same thing so both meals thrown away both drinks wasted spent $30 absolutely BS definitely the worst fast food restaurant I have been to I rather go to another one and get food poisoning then deal with these people at this Whataburger ever again talk about a joke they're more like the laughing stock if they don't know how to do their job then they need to go do something else

I just left from here there was more talking then working and my order was completely wrong plus no receipt so I couldn’t replace my order if they’re was more working and less talking I bet I would have everything I needed

Overall quality has improved, but we still joke that this is the werewolf whataburger because it gets monstrous after dark. Day crew is pretty good though, and the people at night are doing better.
