Succeed in life

6 years ago the place was a 5 star review from me. My review would be 0 star. The staff gave out two apple pies expired. The apple pies slip was taken off. I haven't ever experienced that before at any Whataburger. One cookie short because they didn't want to run to the freezer and get some more. They allowed me to pay for two and gave me one cookie. I suggest if you want Whataburger go to exit 94. A new and better team works at that location. It was the overnight crew. Thank you for your time. Stay encouraged. Be positive. Smile.

Skimping on sauce. I didn’t order wings with a side of buffalo, I ordered buffalo wings. No reason for it to look like this. Food was made fresh but I did an online order and waited 10 minutes longer than the expected time. I also asked for extra sauces that I did not get. Both girls who came out seemed irritated.

If confusion were a menu item, it would be the number 1 combo at this Whataburger.

Every visit to the Wesley Street location in Greenville feels like we are part of a social experiment: “How many employees does it take to enter a basic order?” Spoiler alert, more than you would think. Even the simplest substitution sends the team into a full-on huddle, like they are calling a play on 4th and long.

Accuracy? Optional.

Cleanliness? The floor is seasoned with enough crumbs to open a second location.

And on weekday nights, it is basically Lord of the Flies behind the counter. We actually witnessed the entire kitchen staff walk outside mid-shift to see what was happening in the parking lot, gloves on, then straight back inside, still ready to serve. Nothing says “health code” like mystery meat and mystery microbes.

Cannot wait for the new Whataburger to open across town. Maybe that one will come with adult supervision and working soap dispensers.
