In the past my family got food poisoning from here, we came to visit a decided to get some being hopeful it was a one time thing , we got home the wings were smaller than usual and my veggie sticks the celery was soggy like it was older. My boyfriends fry’s were extremely salty, everything just tasted different and off from the ones were we stay. It’s has been a few hrs since and my boyfriend’s stomach is hurting and symptoms of food poisoning I also have a slight nausea. It’s the only thing we ate out of the normal in the day. Would not recommend this food

They always have an attitude and or they for some reason close around 9 some days. One night sign said open it was around 9:30 I went in and they said they were not taking orders. I asked them why and they said because they were really busy

I got there, and the guy taking my order looked like he didn't want to be there. I could barely hear what he was saying. My food came out rather quick, and to my surprise, my fries had no seasoning. I asked an employee if they could add seasoning, and she told me they had run out. I wish they would have told me this before I ordered so I could have substituted the fries with another side.

Today I did a pick up order. Everything was going good until a piece of metal wire was with my fries. So I called up to Wingstop. They said to bring it back so I did. When I got there I showed the guy at the front counter the piece of wire. He took it to someone else behind the counter. Her name was Yanmar, she is shift lead. She looked at the wire, shook her head and showed it to the manager on duty. Then she started doing the crazy circling next to her head with her hand like she was saying I am crazy. I’m very surprised on how my concerns were addressed. Metal in people’s food isn’t ok! And if I’m crazy for addressing it then I guess I am just crazy. Needless to say luckily I took a photo of it before taking it back to Wingstop and also it happened in an office setting with cameras where it happened. I’ll be forwarding it to the health department. But I will not be back.

I love wings and the last couple of times i have ordered and picked up the wings, when I got home to eat them. It was the wrong order. on the 14th of Feb. I called and ordered naked wings extra well done. When I got home and went to eat them I ended up with some cajun wings and I could not eat them because the were way to hot. I called up there and talked to Maricela, the girl who took my order and told here she said she was returning my money back on my card. I do not live close. She said it may take a few days to get back on my card. $13.85. Well, as of today Feb. 24, 2025 I still have no credit for something I purchased and could not eat. Thanks again for nothing. I won't be back to this wingstop...
