i live 25 minutes from the greenville location and had a big and expensive order we asked for extra pickle of the chicken sandwiches. As i got home there was not pickles on the sandwiches and we called them just to let them know so they don’t make another mistake and they laughed and hung up. that was totally unprofessional and was completely rude and that would be the last time i call in a order at wing stop.

I ordered 180.00 worth of food and asked for ranch as my dipping sauce through door dash and didnt get not 1 ranch. The guy told me to bring my receipt up there to get my ranch and thats all he can do. They never put the ranch in the bag.

Went in on Oct 31 around 8pm. Ordered 2 batches of wings and fries. Had to wait 30 min for wings and then when I got them they weren't even hot. I can understand the wait if food is fresh and hot, but they weren't. Not mad just disappointed. I'll try them again in a year or so.

This location is "ok".It's never been the best, but we've never had a truly terrible experience here.We always order on the app and then pick up and eat in store. Usually saves some time that way.On our most recent visit to this location, we ordered in advance and then went next door to game xchange for a bit.When we went to pick up our food from wingstop after about 20 minutes it still wasn't ready, so we had to wait about another 5 minutes. Not the end of the world.However the food still wasn't super fresh. Perhaps they let it sit once it came out of the fryer for awhile before saucing and bagging? I have no idea, but it wasn't piping hot.It also seems like they dumped still liquid grease in when they sauced the wings which accumulated in the bottom of our boxes and made a paste.It was alot more noticeable on my wife's order since she just got a dry rub and yet the wings were sitting in liquid.Hopefully they were just off or training that day, as they're usually better.
Well saw the 2.3 rating and have eaten at Wing Stop before. The staff is not very friendly. Several of the tables needed attention but most were clean. The restaurant was overall clean. The women's restroom needed toilet paper and they had no interest in getting it filled. Only two other families inside beside us. The food was just okay. Wife's wings were cool. Fries were hot. I have a feeling it is hot or miss eating here. Lots of people doing Grubhub and such here. I bet there were some disappointments. The staff just needs some training and a leader to get on the right track.

I have ups and downs with this wingstop. But today crosses the line with me, I cannot understand the concept of paying 24 dollars for sucky food. Poor decision on my part but I've been a loyal customer to this wingstop for awhile. On my order I received the driest fries, barely any seasoning, and on another order of fires I asked for extra done ( crispy) I got the same thing as my other fry, & my wings.... Oh boy my wing.... If i wanted plain chicken I WOULD ORDER PLAIN CHICKEN. To whom ever season this poor lifeless chicken. Shame on you, this chicken died for seasoning to be place on it. Other than that the worker that greet me was kind, it gave me hope that my dinner would serve well
