First time every trying Zaxby’s - Ordered the 5 fingerz with Cole slaw and fries. Added BBQ Garlic sauce & spicy Zax sauce. Chicken was tender, however the coleslaw could of had more dressing & wish the fries were cooked more crispier (assuming the way it’s cooked is by corporate standards). Service was nice and patient . Will re-visit to try other new menu items

I pulled up to the drive through at 1:45pm. I received my food at 2:03pm. I ordered two tacos. This is poor customer service.

Drive thru experience. No wait for the food. Salads were very good presented. The toast was yummy. 5 stars well deserved!

This was the first time I went to eat there and the food was amazing. The fries are my favorite! Their manager Marcos made sure the food was fresh and out ASAP. Great crew running it.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the quality has been consistently poor. The fries arrive stale, soggy, and with a strong smell of old frying oil. The chicken tenders look and taste like they’d been sitting out too long. I initially thought the issue was due to delivery, but after several orders, it’s clear this is a recurring problem.

I don’t know what the complainers are complaining about. Maybe they should eat at gross Greenville KFC . Normal y I cannot eat at a restaurant in Greenville because they are dirty. Let’s not forget Taco Burin Hunt countians at e at for years lol This place has better chicken than the other 2 near it. The fried pickles are some of the best I have ever had! Hunt county is just full of ignorant people who like to complain. Thank you for a clean restaurant, excellent service and food!

Went at like 9n40 and sat until after 10 because they said they had already turned the fryers off. Like why u turning the fryers off before u are actually closed. Won't be back ever!!!!!
