2 times in a row it's been something. We were in one afternoon about a week and a half ago. We had to wait on gizzards as usual and tenders as well for the family behind us. Got my gizzards and all I could taste was burnt grease. The family behind us all got burnt grease tenders. They got refunds for all 7 of their meals. Today I waited for fresh tenders in the drive through. I ordered a 6 piece with fries and a sweet tea. When I got home I had 5 tenders as small as McDonald's chicken nuggets completely covered with fries like they were hiding it. Management needs to address the issues or the franchise owner needs to step up. Damn pitiful for some of the best chicken. Oh and what happened to the prices......damn it! Acting like KFC.

Don't waste your time here. This place is ran by teenagers kids that do not care about service. Waited 20 minutes for a tea. Other times I have waited 30 minutes for chicken.

Only chicken place in America that doesn't have chicken. Ended up with Tenders. Dining Room is disgusting, I had to clean the table before I could sit and eat. Then had to remind them I ordered a drink. Sign said minute maid lemonade, but was given a lemonade from a gallon jug, was not what I thought I had ordered. This place is horrible, pass it up.

The seasoning was different from ones in Waco. Not sure if they were short staffed? There was a long line so I sent my son in and they were serving the drive thru first. If I would have know that I should have stayed in the long line it Tom over 15 minutes to get it order from the time he ordered it

The service was great and the wait time wasn't long at all. The chicken though, oh my God, was so good. I can't remember ever having chicken that good. Truly an experience, I won't soon forget
A quick place to drop off while on the highway to get chicken in this area. In this town only options are Sonic and Subway if your passing thru town to get to major highways

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Food was scattered across the floor, grimey and all around just unsanitary. The lobby was no better, with trash and kids toys literally all over the floor. Owners are way too comfortable. Nasty.

It was fair they are really falling fast one thing I don't like is they mix M S G in big tubes put chicken in it got water full not running over big paddles an msg an start turning it then it sets about a hour take it out of mixter put in walk in cooler start cooking it for lunch run how do I know I work thier long time ago.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received today my family spent 50$ today a few things were missing and when I go back to have there kids fix it I was QUESTIONED as if I was trying to get something for free mistakes happen I wasn't upset until these kids tried to play me as if I was stupid. Also when I come in these kids are just standing around doing nothing if you have time to lean you have time to clean, also the foul language used is just sad I've never heard the N word used so many time in less then the 2 seconds it took to give me the things my order was missing not to mention the other choice words these kids used. I would like a response from a member of management to contact me I also would like the number to the corporate office because this isn't the 1st time this has happened and nothing done about it.
