Ordered a $20 meal from here after not eating at a pizza Hut in years. I was so hyped since I have good memories of the best pizza from pizza Hut. Big let down! This pizza is probably worse than little Caesars Pizza. I'm glad I didn't live in this town, never again will I ever buy pizza from here, not even if I am dying hunger, I'd rather die.

Ordered 4 pizzas for pickup . They forgot to cook one so I had to wait. When I asked about a coupon or a credit the lady just looked at me like I had lost my mind and didn’t offer anything. I hope they enjoyed that $10 tip that I left when I ordered online because I’ll never leave another one due to their nonexistent customer service.

Delivery driver went above and beyond, we got into town late. The only thing to eat was pizza, i was in an 18 Wheeler, so ordered it to my hotel. Forgot to put the room number on the order. I was watching the tracker in my app. It still showed was in the oven, i had a knock on the door it was the delivery driver he talked to the front desk and figured out who ordered the pizza brought it directly to us on the 3rd floor. Way to go way above and beyond, on Halloween no less nice ears and tail BTW. Definitely Should think about promoting the delivery driver.

Ordered 14 pizzas for curbside pickup. I ended up having to go inside and get the pizzas. When I was carrying out the pizzas they didn't even help with the door. Just rude all around.
Horrible customer service. Horrible service period! I ordered a pizza, wings, and breadsticks so that my children can eat and when the pizza arrived there was a whole piece missing out of it. I called up there and told the young lady the situation, she gave me a hard time and did not want to correct it. She didn’t even want to believe that there was food missing because when it left the store it was “complete”. This is the second time this has happened and now we won’t be going there any more because of this. After the first time I just figured it was a mess up, but I spent $45 to only get a refund of $12, and I even told her I would return the food because there is no way we can eat this after someone had took something out.. which she did not want me to do. The young man who delivered it was sniffling really bad and rubbing his nose when he handed me the food, and I refuse to let my children eat behind that.
