Delivery driver went above and beyond, we got into town late. The only thing to eat was pizza, i was in an 18 Wheeler, so ordered it to my hotel. Forgot to put the room number on the order. I was watching the tracker in my app. It still showed was in the oven, i had a knock on the door it was the delivery driver he talked to the front desk and figured out who ordered the pizza brought it directly to us on the 3rd floor. Way to go way above and beyond, on Halloween no less nice...
I love pizza hut!The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are severely understaffed at this location. I ordered mine online for carryout and when I picked it up there was 1 young lady in there working. She had a smile on her face, but she looked really tired. The last several times I have ordered from this place, they seem to be always short on staff.Maybe they should target the high schoolers for part time work. If they hired 15 & 16 year olds, then they wouldn't...
