I was just there, my car stopped, one of the young man, working there, called up a friend, to help me, he didn’t have to do that, but he did, I’m coming from Dallas, so I don’t know any one here, but that young man, was a blessing, I didn’t get his name, but I so much appreciate his doing… THANK YOU YOUNG MAN… GOD BLESS YOU… Your mother, raise a fine gentleman..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Location it’s self was fine. But when I was in a parking spot and ordering we could hear one of the employees (a female) out right yelling angrily at another employee loud enough to be heard over the intercom. Unprofessional and rude to the other employees! The person taking the order seemed nervous I feel bad for him.

My grandma ordered us a coke float a Dr Pepper float, small mozzarella sticks, and a sprite. Then they just gave us a cup of ice cream and no coke the Dr Pepper float was fine the mozzarella sticks were there but after all of that they gave us a diet “Dr Pepper” but it was just carbonated water when it was supposed to be a sprite then when it was “in the kitchen” the manager was on the phone playing a game instead of working or supervising the workers their I just think it was really unprofessional and I would not go here again not to mention the customer service was horrible I felt like they did not care that they just wanted to get out of their without trying to do their job lastly they gave us carbonated water for our sprite so we would really appreciate it if y’all’s staff would have better customer service and for yall to pay attention to the orders

The service is getting worse every time I've been there. Food is terrible orders are always messed up food is way over cooked burgers are sloppy and not good. They need better help. There's two girls there that are worth anything.
