Drive up push the button, wait 5 minutes and nothing. Push the button again and it was answered this time. We gave our order and sat there for a long time. I looked at the clock and it was 3:17pm. We waited another 20 min, because the parking lot was pretty full and we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. Pushed the button again and it was never answered. We left, drove to the Mexia Sonic and got our food 20 mins less than the time we wasted at the Groesbeck loction.

I will say tonight the burgers had great flavor. The young person that helped us with the mobile order was very polite. Hopefully that person was the manager or a manager. But I appreciate “your” service! Usually the employees here look like they just woke up! Beside catlin we love her! She is amazing!

It’s funny that yall clock out the orders so y’all’s actual time doesn’t reflect. Said my drink was headed my way after 2mins of placing the order. Now 18mins later still no drink. Get it together

I went to the sonic in Groesbeck, Texas yesterday April 4, 2025 I ordered the cheeseburger combo. What I received was horrible! Burnt onion rings stuck together and a cheeseburger that looked like it came off of a grill that hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The hamburger looked gross!! I've been to a lot of Sonics but this was the worst experience I've ever had with their food. The young lady who served me was very kind and helpful. I was passing through this town and had an appointment to get to so I didn't have time to go back and ask them to remake my order. I would like a full refund. I will be sending this review to both the district and corporate offices. No one should get the mess of a meal I received and the person who cooked that order should be retrained or let go.

Very disappointing. Thought new McDonald's hurting business but not so. The employees sitting outside on phones. We were the only guests.. our hamburgers and fries cold.

💥SONIC IS BACK, YA'LL!! I drove by tonight, Jan 27, 2025, 8:00pm, pulled in and noticed how nice the outside looked, was hoping the burger would be just as lovely, and BABY LET ME TELL YOU!! That was the BEST Sonic burger I've had in 10 years!! Just like I remember a Sonic burger tasting I'm so happy!!

Had a terrible experience at the Sonic in Buffalo the prior day but wanted some of those groovy fries. I was in and out in no time, my order was fresh and the staff was friendly. Thank you for the great service!

Ordered a coney and 2 burgers. Coney was fine, same as others from different Sonics. Burger were room temp at best. Fries were overcooked and yet somehow still soggy. No flavor to fries other than used stale frying oil, no salt. And the fries were tossed upside down in the bag, in total there were, roughly 18 fries... Service was timely tho, and the server was very pleasant.
