My son wanted a cheese pizza with extra cheese and no other toppings. The lady said it was $5 EXTRA to add cheese. She could tell we were disappointed, and this had to be a mistake with the register or employee mistake but even though he got no extra toppings she would not sprinkle a little cheese on his pizza unless we paid $5. Then my sandwich I asked for pickles and black olives. She put three pickles, and three olives. I get saving money but dang.. I’ll never go by this location again.

Found hair in my food and came back just to be told that they’re not required to wear hairnets and had an attitude the whole time she was making my food. Overall not a good experience and will not be coming back.

Apparently they don’t keep their phone on because they don’t like to? Terrible way to keep customers. Called 12 times for my order just to be told they turned the phone off period. Smh

Man at the front was very unprofessional. Stood there and argued with his coworker in a restaurant full of people . Stopped working on our food to call someone just to continue arguing with coworker . Sandwiches were poorly made . Yelled at a paying customer in front of the whole store and caused her to walk out without receiving her food .

So I haven't been to subway in a few months but this time it was a lot better the staff was friendly and the order was right this time. The food is amazing and the young lady that checked us out was very nice. She even recommended the number 31. And it's amazing. Thank you subway groesbeck tx for the amazing food tonight

It was graduation night, the only place quick open that wasn't sonic. And this poor girl was by herself making sandwiches. There were a ton of online orders and people waiting around to pick up. She did an awesome job and didn't let it stress her out. She needs a raise! Food was delicious and fresh, and I was so thankful because we'd been without power for several days.
