Cant you ever get your fries cooked and hot? Burgers were good as usual just the fries always suck here.

This is a complete joke of an order. I ordered shroom and Swiss melt and and I got a kids size sandwich. There is no sourdough. This is not worth $11.49 . Plus the delivery fee

Went here at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. Not busy at all. 10 workers in back. Took them 25 minutes to make a simple Whopper order. Then it was lost and had to be remade, which they then got wrong. Terrible, completely useless.
Worst experience ever!!! My husband had to take his patty and warm it up all the vegetables were soggy. My chicken sandwich wasn't fresh and I asked for extra mayo and lettuce and of course didn't get it. Our onion rings were old!! Tried to call up there 3 times and no answer!! Will be contacting corporate Monday. This is ridiculous!! DO BETTER!!!

Went for dinner time and the management was very unprofessional she was talking about other employees being messy as she was talking about how perfect she does her job… she also was talking about customers rudely to other staff members. the hamburger patties on my whopper was undercooked and my fries tasted like they were reheated.
