I went through the drive thru got a double whopper combo, with large drink, medium fries, pie and cookies. I got the wrong change back which I didn't realize until later. Food was cold, fries tasted like they were reheated. However the customer service was great. Not worth the trouble.

Ordered 8 piece Mozzarella sticks. They were either way overcooked or old. The insides were like rubber. Inedible. Went straight to the trash. It was like trying to chew rubber. What a disappointment.

Fresh and tasty in Mabank Tx. I always ask for a fresh patty and fries no salt and I get exactly what I ordered.

I was really disappointed, I went in for the advertised special. It took about a very few minutes. I ordered the whopper jr with fries. It was all cold. Very obvious it was cooked in advance.

Made an online order 15 minutes in advance. Got there young woman at drive thru couldn't understand us, finally asked us to pull to the window, got there have her my name, she says NOTHING. Took her a good minute to get our receipt and she walks off. Another 5 minutes late she puts her head out the second window and waves us forward. Wait another 5 minutes for our food. Leave still missing a burger. Did go back and get it.

I just placed a mobile order. I'm in my car in the parking lot. They say they didn't get it. I try to show them it shows the correct location. They say they didn't get it. They absolutely do not care. I paid for it, I'd like my food. THEY DO NOT CARE!! I go to my recipt and select customer service. I have to say the restaurant is closed in order to get a refund. It says I'll get a refund. I hope so. I ask the manager if I can use the offer because the app said I already used it. They said they can't. They absolutely DO NOT CARE. Not even any apology whatsoever!
