Just wasted 14 dollars on food. Coleslaw tasted spoiled, hushpuppies and okra were too hard to chew. Fried pickles were a joke I am on a tight budget and will never eat here again.

Had a family sampler meal that took over 40 minutes to prepare. The manager and cook were playing the entire time while preparing the meal. The young man working the register apologized numerous times for the wait. Finally the meal was ready and took it to my car. Because understandably accidents happen with orders I went ahead and opened it before I left. It did not have the chicken for the family sampler and had stuffed crabs instead. I took it back in and young man at the register apologized and asked the cook to swap the crabs for chicken. There weren't enough chicken strips so more had to be cooked, understandably. While they were cooking manager went into kitchen area to ask what was going on, sounded like she was mouthing about it being wrong. Once I finally had my order over 50 minutes after placing it as I was leaving the door I heard her saying that chicken was not on the screen for my order. I was already pissed so I decided not to cause a scene but in my opinion very poor service. The food turned out good at least.

Good food and nice people . Wait times are normal . For all the “people” complaining about wait times learn to be compassionate and realize how long it would take for you to make this yourself . This is the company’s fault not the employees, it’s not their fault for the company / management understaffing .

Went tonight 4/5/24 ordered two platters wait was long (but understandable) drive threw worker kept apologizing for the wait. She was very friendly. Only thing I should have checked my order paid 30$ for two piece fish with sides I don't eat. But the fish was good by the time I got home. Biggest disappointment was my order was wrong and I'm 20 mins away wasn't about to turn back around for them to fix 40 mind later.

mix review here. 4/5/24 the lady at the drive thru was very nice and friendly continually apologized for the 30plus min wait. I completely understand. only down fall here was I paid 30$ for two seafood platters and clams by the time I got home (live 20 mins away) sat down to eat I seen my order was wrong got a two piece fish and two sides I don't even eat. didnt want to drive another 20 mins to have to wait a long time for the right order. definitely wouldn't have paid 30$ for what I got. but next time I will be checking my order before driving off if I go back. otherwise it would have been a great experience.
The lady at the counter taking orders does not know how to frown. Always friendly and smiles naturally.

The girl that took our order name was Shyanne and then treated us like we were dirt under her shoe once i told her the problem. Our fish was cold on the inside, it wasn't cooked long enough. Shyanne tells me oh I am sorry. She didn't offer to remake us the meal, offer a refund she did nothing. The cook in back was complaining she had no help so on a busy evening you have 1 cook 1 rude cashier and I left being charged $29.08 for our order and left hungry cause my fish was cold. I think if there is a reputable management he or she will offer me a full refund. I have the receipt. we had this nightmare on october 19th @ around 730 pm. Your business is only as good as your staff. I also have the photos of my uncooked food. Furthermore I have contacted Captain Ds Headquarters

I ordered 3 piece fish and fries $10.34... after I sat down and started eating.. I noticed a meal deal 2 piece fish and fries for $5.99 .... I guess I just feel like helping your guest get the best price for their experience goes with customer service .... I would've changed my order for the better price !!!
