I’d give this place negative stars but my only option was at least one star. Horrible food. Chicken was dry and old. I couldn’t even chew it. The okra was horrible and hard. Rolls were super hard and crunchy. I discovered this after driving home. It was the worst food I ever ate. I ate about 12 hours ago and I’m still disgusted with it. Unbelievably horrible! Oh the corn on the cob was horrible as well. Gross gross gross

The chicken at Chicken Express would be hysterical if it wasn’t so sad. I understand that the democrats have caused inflation and 3 pieces of chicken without rolls or sides is more than $10. As if that’s not bad enough the chicken pieces are so small. The leg was 4”x1.5” and the thighs are 1/2” thick. There is no excuse for this. We will not go back until they fix this thieving. I took a picture but couldn’t find where to upload it.

It’s the third and final time picking up food at this terrible place, the order is always shorted paid for items, dry chicken, old rolls, just disgusting. The employees can never complete even a simple order, all my orders have been family size so take it from someone who’s been burned every time “costly especially for todays prices” STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLUSTER, well you know!

The rolls are for many people who visit chicken express -a bonus. Today I purchased a family meal and everything was ok, no complaints but the rolls, were dry and crumbly and felt they were old -definitely not fresh.

As somebody who works in fast food, i know how difficult it can be to keep order accuracy up and be consistent with orders. That being said, it's kind of absurd how someone can manage to be rude and dismissive to a person in the drive-through, then continue to mess up the order? How are you going to ask what we said ten times and get upset in doing so, then still get it wrong. There was no line, rush, or any urgency to cause them to have an accident, but they give us wrong sides, and spill an entire container of gravy in the box before giving it to us? There is genuinely no reason to spill something in a box that we said specifically "we don't want," then continue to serve it to us and charge full price. Who does that?

I ordered 2 4pc chicken express meals and online they come with sauce for the tenders but I had to pay .50 cents extra for ours. Apparently gravy they give you with the tenders is the sauce they want you to have but my son don’t even like gravy so it was wasted. And when you order the exact same thing online, it costs $20 more!!! Outrageous ? So now it’s either .50 cents a sauce or get the sauce for free when you purchase online but pay and extra $20? what a joke
