I ordered 2 4pc chicken express meals and online they come with sauce for the tenders but I had to pay .50 cents extra for ours. Apparently gravy they give you with the tenders is the sauce they want you to have but my son don’t even like gravy so it was wasted. And when you order the exact same thing online, it costs $20 more!!! Outrageous ? So now it’s either .50 cents a sauce or get the sauce for free when you purchase online but pay and extra $20? what a joke
I try not to be too hard on establishments, but this is the second time I have visited and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I fish in this area often and have stopped twice to take a break and eat. The food is terrible ?!!! There is a Chicken Express in my area, and it's typically hot and fresh. This was lack luster the chicken was luke warm and dry(heat lamp), the fried Okra clearly should have been discarded... The only plus is the demeanor of the employees. I...
Chicken tenders were dry, tough and way overcooked, mozzarella sticks and corn nuggets were undercooked. The woman at the drive thru is always pleasant, but the people cooking need to pay closer attention. It will be a while before we return.
