We stop every time we are at Cedar Creek. Last time the fryer was broken. This time the beer tap was broken. The bartender's are awesome. Very attentive and friendly. They should compensate or substitute happy hour when things are broken down.

One of the managers was insanely rude to a lot of the servers including mine. I believe her name was Carrie?? I’m not sure. I’ve been in there multiple times and it’s happened but this was the last straw. She was being insanely rude and you could tell by her facial expressions that she had a bad attitude. My server was great but management… not so much.

First place we have been to eat since moving here & for a busy Friday night with almost every table full & 4 birthdays, Fez (Austin) made my wife & I feel like we were the only people in Chilis. Great attitude, quick service & awesome hospitality. Looking forward to another queso skillet! Happy holidays

These guys have been knocking it out of the park recently. There was a time when the food could be hit or miss, but the quality & accuracy has been spot on with all my orders over the last several months - I’m genuinely impressed with how much they’ve improved compared to a couple years ago. Will definitely be ordering from here more often moving forward!

Our server Shelby delivered our food like a warrior queen commanding an army against the hordes of the underworld. I would follow her into the abyss feet bleeding and dragging my weapon in one hand. Even though she only works two days a week she should be the front line to such a great establishment.

I had a terrible Togo order pickup experience. Short story I get the text my order is ready & to come inside. I go in get asked the name on the order & waited another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me again only to be asked the name on the order again. I was told it was being worked on right then, another 5 minutes and I finally have my food. I asked why it took so long and was given nothing but excuses and blamed it on the system. I left and called to speak with a manager and I want to give a shout out to Cara for her understanding & willingness to address the issue. I really appreciate her listening and resolving the issue. Thank you again Cara, you are the reason I still gave 4 stars for customer service.
Had a little bit of trouble with my steak not being cooked right but Michael and Cara took care of me and were super helpful and polite! I definitely can’t forget my waitress ashton whom we see on the regular and she’s always the best!! Thank you for being amazing!

Hostess went out of her way to suggest making an account to 'save money' and get a free $7 queso and chips. Gave a fake name and within 3 hours, got a spam call asking for said name. Clearly just a data collection scam, while the food might be good, I wouldn't even trust the self pay kiosks at the table at this point
