One of the better Cicis. I go every now and then. Nice people too.

The black older man with the glasses was extremely rude. An employee stacked dishes a little high so they fell & he proceeded to yell at her loud enough for customers to hear. That wasn't the correct way to correct a behavior and I don't appreciate how this business treats its employees because how will they treat the customers?

This CiCis Location doesn't provide quality service to any customers, it's poorly operated from Management down to Employees

It gets the job done. Service was friendly and efficient but they stopped serving well before closing.

Use to be a great place to take the family and enjoy good pizza at a great price now it's horrible price and horrible pizza...everything on the buffet line was older then my 7yr old son..$40 for 2 adults and 1 kid so not worth it.

Bad service and bad actitud

A shadow of its former self. Pizza selection is terrible. The quality is awful. Took my 2 teenage sons for lunch, 40 dollars and they barely ate anything due to low quality. Pizza was old, barely had any toppings. Just got home and feel ill. Do not go there. Needs to improve drastically. Quality is low to cut costs, terrible food.

Asked for a senior discount, amount was over $12. Not much of a selection of veggies on the salad bar. Asked lady behind the counter for some ckn noodle soup, since it was out. It was still sitting on the counter and in a bag when I left.

Only old pizza on the line looks totally gross. Completely disappointed

Came in around 9pm Noone welcome me I had to finally say hello hello after about 5 minutes a lady took my I buffet order. Place was so dirty no tables cleaned. Then about 15 or more minutes I ask if my taco pizza was ready yet??? They said give me about 10 minutes and we will make it. Never going back there again

I waited 20 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge I was standing at the counter then all tables were dirty food was cold overall horrible experience

Got a regular red sauce cheese pizza last night added pepperoni and jalapeño….
Pizza came with no red sauce at all. You can’t really mess up pizza yet they succeeded

In the past this place was horrible, the staff was way better this time around.

Edit: turns out it’s a new manager and he is completely turning this place 180.

Always a great dining experience. Enjoy the food as well as the music. Staff is always helpful. Management is to commended for the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. We will continue making this our Sunday lunch place.
