Came in around 7:30 pm on 11/2/2024 to eat asked for cheese for our salad and the young person behind counter got an attitude with my wife. Not to mention the place was a complete mess and food was everywhere. They claimed to be very busy but there’s no excuse for the attitude received. I want a refund for 2 buffets. Ridiculous service.

Employees should wearing gloves when making pizzas the man who was making pizzas kept messing with his hat he coughed into his shirt wiped his hands on a paper towel than threw it on cutting board where you make pizzas I work in in a restaurant and we always wear gloves all through our shift the manager there said they don't wear gloves and he acted like he didn't care

They only make the simple pizza's. Been to other locations and must say this one needs to get up to par.

Desserts and pizzas were absolutely awful but the soups were okay. Ex-military partner got sick to his stomach while still in the restaurant. The air conditioning was broken. The employees were very respectful ad political even though I have no idea how they were surviving. One of them stepped outside to the 94 degree weather to cool down.

The salad was not fresh, especially the mushrooms. Evidently part of their air conditioning was out. It was about 85 degrees inside. We would not have eaten there had it not been a Birthday party we were attending.

The pizzas are delicious with different flavors and the price is very affordable and includes unlimited drinks and desserts. Aspects to improve: more variety of components in the salad, good service

This place was disgusting. I am not one to usually leave bad reviews. However, the manager Helen had her children there while she was on shift. I understand having to bring your children to work if you have no where else for them to go. I do NOT understand allowing your child to have free roam of your work place.. touching the food with their bare unwashed hands, grabbing pasta and throwing it back into the pasta tray, sticking his head under the drink dispenser and dispensing soda straight into his mouth.. I was so disgusted by her son’s actions that we didn’t even finish eating our food and left.
If she needed to take her child to work due to no other options available to her, she should have also been keeping an eye on him, and discipline him when needed. I just don’t understand this grotesque behavior…

It's a cicis pizza. Not sure what you're expecting. The staff here is great though. The manager clearly cares about running a successful store.

For a buffet, this place had it going on. Even with the crowd of a team there. It was worth it. Order your own personal pizza, and it makes it easier if you like it a certain way. Will be back again and again.
