It was ok but it has gotten way over priced for the quality. Over $20 for 2 people there is to high. Not longago it was $10 for 2 to eat with your drinks included. Also on 3 different trips the same type of items were available to eat. No variety at all anymore either.

Below average, sparsely cheesed pizza with sparse toppings. The selection was minimal, pepperoni, spinach, and cheese were the only selections (dried out too). It's not the Cicis Pizza they use to be. I won't be going back.

i called an order for pick up waited 10 mins before i got to cicis. i got there they told me it would be a couple minutes which i already figured that so i was happy to wait. but that couple of minutes turned into 20 minutes then my pizzas were ready but they had completely forgotten about my cinnamon rolls so again said a couple more minutes. then it’s 20 more minutes until i actually get my whole order. i waited there for a total of 40 minutes. they tried to blame it on a cheer team and football team that came in at the same time but my order was called in 10-15 minutes prior to them getting there. it was ridiculous waiting that long for 3 pizzas and an order of cinnamon rolls.

They got one of our orders wrong, but the service at the front counter was great. We had a pick-up order. We also ordered pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls, and they gave us regular ones, so that was disappointing.

Took at least 10 minutes to pay in line for 3 of us. Some problem with clearing the receipts. The line backed up.I resent the fact that their credit card machine now asks for a tip even before you get your meal. Yes, you can click NONE and then get the glaring stares like you're a cheap skate. A TIP is To Insure Promptness TIP. Our service was not prompt nor attentive. No one came by to pick up our dishes. The selection of pizzas on the buffet was only 5 when I went up to see what they had. There was a brownie on the floor that someone had stepped on and only a piece of one sticky bun left on the tray. The place wasn't that busy, but I didn't see anyone busing tables. I really enjoyed this CICI's over the years but I think this was my last visit.

Straws were in a cup by register unwrapped with no hand sanitizer around. When I told them that they were out of napkins she said let me check then came around counter to confirm it was empty before giving me napkins. Wanted to have a pizza made but they were "too busy" 1 other family there finishing. I was left with old pepperoni pizza and a bunch of stuff with jalapeños (which I do not eat) just avoid this place.
