The store was decently clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained. Food was mediocre even by Dairy Queen standards. Biggest issue is the staff, they were incredibly standoffish, tried to rush us out, and overall just had a very bad attitude.

They have nothing but young kids working and I get home and open my meal and I get this. My toast is not toast it is just bread cut in half and not even a hand full of fries. Don't waste your time going here.

I would full on recommend dairy queen in Gunbarrel to any of my friends outside of Gunbarrel. To be honest almost everyone is friendly and the service is so good. The general manager Jonny is every helpful when something is wrong.

I love their blizzards and tacos the most. I love the size of their cups as well. Not many places offer large cup sizes like them. The staff usually are nice enough. The dining room is usually set at a great temperature, summer or winter, and is very clean and neat. It's definitely one of my favorite eating places.
I came through the drive through at 10:50 pm & were people still waiting on there orders and they turned me down .my experience working in the food industry you stop taking orders right at close time not 10-15 minutes before.

My wife ordered 2 medium Dr peppers today.. they put barley any ice in them.. She went in to get ice to put in them after already paying over 6 dollars for 2. They should have been filled with ice. When she went in , the girl working the counter wanted to charge her 2 more dollars for ice , after ice was already paid for.. My wife asked to speak with a manager.. and the girl refused to get the manage My wife said either get me the manager or get ice free.. because it's been paid for already. Needless to say she got the ice for her and was very rude.. I called and got the manager..she said my wife didn't ask for her.. . She said they are only allowed to put one little scoop of ice... Come on folks.. fill the cup.. it's 90 degrees out.. it's Texas.. They used to give ice.. not any

Tried ordering on the app but there is no way to order the blizzard the way I like on the app! I tried ordering a heath and snickers blizzard with extra heath and extra snickers however the app only lets you choose 1 flavor then you can only add the add in once not twice. I decided to go to the store and since the line was super long, I went in where I saw a tea picture sitting on the counter with tea all around it on the counter, trash on the floor and the middle of the restaurant blocked off. I ordered 2 blizzards and 3 tacos which took over 30 minutes to finally get. When the girl handed the blizzards to me, I had to wipe them down myself and ask for 2 extra cups. Then she was washing her hands and asked me if I needed something and I said yea my tacos! I went to my truck and when I took the lid off, my console of my truck and my hands were covered in blizzard!!! I was livid to say the least. I will not be going back there again!!
