THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED! Filthy kitchen area. A pregnant girl with 666 tattoo took our order, 3 things were order. 2 where the same & they still got it wrong. Tasted bland. Will NEVER go back here!

Girl at the counter wrangled around forever with some guys about some BBQ sauce on a burger. This after the guy stood there for an eternity just staring at the menu like it was some sort of ancient Egyption text. I finally got enough and just went to Burger King.

I go in to order Reese's peanut butter blizzard I'm sitting there 5 minutes I see them make five blizzards neither of them are mine and then another customer comes up and order some ice cream they get their ice cream here it is ten minutes later still haven't got my Reese's blizzard well I guess they forgot about me dairy Queen has always been my favorite but now I will not be back because this is the second time this has happened. ?

Dirty tables and floor, employees standing around on their phones just to start. The taste in my mouth when we left, made me wonder if it were even safe to eat. The hamburger was extremely dry, no telling how many times was heated, and tasted bad. The blizzard was only mixed half way down the cup. Register person seemed put out that we wanted a blizzard and no drink.Loved DQ but after this visit, this location is off the stop list.

We hadn't had DQ in a long time. We decided to end the craving. So many things went wrong. The guy who took our orders got the order correct after we had to repeat things.Over at 1 table was an employee on her phone. No welcoming feeling. We were the ONLY customers here.Employee at drive thru was leaning over the counter on her phone. We went to find a table as they were all empty. I was disgusted by the lack of cleaning was done. The employees had a lot of time on their hands.The girl brought our order, onion rings missing, she snatched up the extra fries and said she'll bring them right out. Unwrapped my burger. The bun was stale and cold, the meat was dry with no flavor, and the cheese looked like it was under the warmer all day. My friends triple burger was no better.I had 1 bite left on my burger when the girl kind of threw on tray. She said "sorry for wait, we had to cook them."They tasted like crap. Exiting, the employee still on her phone but on speaker. Like we want to hear her immature conversation.DON'T EAT HERE! I

Guy in the drive thru was rude when placing my order...thrust the food through the window and shut his window without saying anything. I sat there and went through my order to make sure it was there since I didn't have a clue if I needed to wait for another bag.

Live outa town and they completely forgot bacon on both of my burgers and bacon was paid for on already cold burgers... I called and when I heard the manager comment "well what do they want me to do about it, are they coming back or what"... a Apologie would have suffice or write me down to take care of it in the future or what ever but after I heard that comment no way in hell will I ever spend my hard earned money at that location again as well my wife's didn't have cheese. Have some common curiosity and at least throw it in a microwave so i think it's fresh.

Horrible Service. Long day of moving furniture and remodeling a house. Stopped here at the drive thru for a treat for my sister for helping me out. The brown Ford F250 in front of me ordered and moved up to the window. They paid. They received their food. The window clerk then engaged them in a lengthy conversation easily last more than ten minutes. I drove off without ever actually being served anything. Totally ruined the day.Your drive thru operator around 2100 Jan 6 2024 is costing you sales by engaging people in conversation rather than keeping the drive thru moving. She needs to be fired.

We typically visit the area once a month and have breakfast here on our way out of town. Normally it's great, but this past weekend it was really disappointing. It wasn't as fresh as usual, and the pancakes were about 2/3's their normal size, soggy and just meh. The over medium eggs were well done and the bacon was a bunch of small broken pieces.It's a tradition, so we're not giving up after one bad visit, but it needs to return to it's former glory. ☹️
