For fast food restaurants, this was a very welcome surprise. We went inside at about 1:30 today. The cashier was cleaning when we walked in and immediately stopped and welcomed us to serve us. We ordered and went to get our drinks. The iced tea was very freshly brewed (still warm) and my mom commented how clean the place was. When the food was ready, it was delicious and moist. Just want to say great job to the Gun Barrel City staff working today.

We stop at this location to pick up lunch when we go visit family.. I’ve been wanting to try the fish so I decided to order me some.. The owner of the restaurant gave me some to try because we we’re waiting for our chicken to cook that was very nice of him… the fish was really good and we’ll definitely be visiting again…

Order was door dash with expected pickup between 755pm to 8pm. Arrived at 805pm was told that there were no chicken legs and offered roasted chicken. When I refused, I was informed it would be a wait for chicken legs. Now 816pm and still haven't received my order. At 827pm when I received my order the two other orders were pulled from a warmer. Only fresh food was the chicken legs that I was initially told they didn't have. I didn't want to come to GBC because of previous service, but didn't feel like driving to the Terrell location. Next time I'll be driving to the Terrell location!!! Never spending a dime here again. Also tried to order churros but was informed they didn't have any lol!!!!!! The worst.

I had the pleasure of meeting Renee after our doordash order was incorrect. When we called she was super understanding and let us know we could come in any time and get the correct order. This was in October and today we went in and she not only made good on her word she remembered our conversation from two months ago! Her customer service was 10/10! We are customers for life!
Good chicken. But had to wait 25 minutes for our order of legs/thighs. Dinner time, 430. They should be trying to get ahead a bit before the rush hits. Be nice if they offered corn on the cob.

I have to say, I don't usually give reviews. However my last experience at this particular establishment was amazing. The customer service I was given is how it should be done everywhere!! It's funny how now days when ur shown just a little appreciation for just showing up to get breakfast, it could really make your day. I remember way back when, anywhere you would go, customer service was an actual thing. You really don't see that anymore. If you want amazing customer service, really great food, and to feel appreciated then I'd recommend spending your hard earned money here. If your going to eat out, at least go somewhere you know you will be appreciated and treated like you matter.
