I had the pleasure of meeting Renee after our doordash order was incorrect. When we called she was super understanding and let us know we could come in any time and get the correct order. This was in October and today we went in and she not only made good on her word she remembered our conversation from two months ago! Her customer service was 10/10! We are customers for life!
Good chicken. But had to wait 25 minutes for our order of legs/thighs. Dinner time, 430. They should be trying to get ahead a bit before the rush hits. Be nice if they offered corn on the cob.
I have to say, I don't usually give reviews. However my last experience at this particular establishment was amazing. The customer service I was given is how it should be done everywhere!! It's funny how now days when ur shown just a little appreciation for just showing up to get breakfast, it could really make your day.
