Brandi was my waitress and she was so great we came back again the next morning! The food was yummy and came hot even though they had low staff. All in all 10/10 will come back again thank you Ms Brandi!!

This is the kind of food i like when i want breakfast. This is 4th time we come to huddle house and leave so disappointed. I tried to make excuses the first couple times, short staffed, having a bad day etc but i just can’t make an excuse anymore. Every single time they have forgotten at least half of our food and they rarely come check in on us making us feel like they have forgotten about us. This last time the waitress forgot my waffle, my husbands bacon and biscuits. She also forgot our silverware and it took a long time to get her attention to get that. We had a coffee refill once and it was at the beginning and it was just a top off. My husband and I are very understanding- we don’t like complaining- we know things happen, we understand if it’s busy things may not be up to the highest standard & we’re fine with that but What got to me the most was when we got up to pay we let her know that we never got some of our food. She didn’t even apologize. She said she took the waffle off and removed the drinks to balance out the difference which is fine but not a single “i’m so sorry about that”. they didn’t seem short staffed. maybe lack of time management or coordination. Like i said this is actually not the first time in has happened here- idk what it is. everyone else seemed to have great service since we noticed her and the rest of the waitress check in on them. hopefully they do better.

Service was terrible. Me and my boyfriend walked in took the lady 10 minutes to acknowledge us said she would be right with us. Continued to talk to the kitchen staff and on her phone. 15 minutes later the only table with food she took food to still didn’t even take our drink order.After that the table asked her to remake the food and again instead of taking our drink order or anything!!! She waited behind the counter again talking and flirting with the cooks. She passed my us several times and looking in our direction and never even got our drink order or said anything. After 30 minutes we walked out because we were never even got waited on. We never want to come back based on how we were treated. I understand the one table she waited on was being a little picky but the whole 30 minutes period we waited she spent most of it behind the counter talking and on her phone.she could have atleast got our drink order in the period of time and walked past us several times and looked at us. I’m not sure her name because she never came to the table the whole time we were there!But I think I heard the cooks call her Tori!Parking: Parking good

I can't say enough bad about this location. It made me sad and angry. Angry because the food was stale, greasy, and overly salted. The service was sub par and everyone working seemed as if they would rather be doing drugs than working. It made me sad as I've been to many other Huddle House locations and this one needs to be shut down permanently.
