I hate to say this but, if you pay for something and expect it to be the way you want it to be, then why is it so hard to do it. I live in Malakoff and drive a way to Gun Barrel City all the time and expect a pizza to be fresh out of the oven and not reheated. When I specifically said I wanted fresh out of the oven and I can wait and waited about 20 and then to turn out that they reheated the pizza. No way of going back again to get pizza from Gun Barrel City. What my money ain't worth the time.

Always been a pleasant experience but today was an off day...No chairs to sit down in, I'm the only person inside and the kid up front put half my order in the heater box instead of just handing it to me, then i had to ask for the rest of my order....didn't make a whole lot of sense but ok ?Definitely had better customer service before and I'm sure I will in the future.

okay it's a pizza restaurant what do you expect but they do work very hard to get your pizza is faster than efficient and quality I have no complaints about them.Wheelchair accessibility: they have two spots right there by the front door that is wheelchair accessible
