Woman at drive-through window was VERY RUDE. We ordered at speaker and when we got to window she said she didnt have our order. We had to reorder. She was very rude about it. After we paid, she SLAMMED the window on us. Her name was Nicola. If she doesnt like her her job, she needs to go elsewhere. Not a good reflection on McDonalds.

How can a McDonald’s be so bad. It was hard to get in the parking lot with only four regular parking spaces and two handicap. The rest of the parking spaces were four app orders and mobile pick up. We waited 20 minutes after using the kiosk to order our food. And then an extra 20 minutes just to wait on a couple pies. I really don’t think this way of future type of McDonald’s is what people are expecting when they visit McDonald’s. No place to sit down no place to eat except for standup bar area. Very bad McDonald’s the worst I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a caramel frap with extra caramel which I didn't get extra caramel. We got to the window and had forgot to ask for syrup so we asked at the window and the women very rudely told us "u need to ask for this ahead of time next time." There was many different ways to approach that. We have no problem paying for it. And when I tried calling to complain no one answered. This was on 10-10-24 at 5:05 am pretty sure it was the manager or lead who spoke this way. the woman handing food out the window was very kind and sweet.

Man I got the blue slushy and shortly after I had a 24 pack of store brand water come out of my butt and threw up. Slushy tasted funny so I called to let them know what’s up and the woman got mad at me. ? I didn’t eat anything all that day too
