Imagine a donut shop not having any kinds of donuts when they are open. Talking about an hr wait for some simple donut holes. And even if you go 30 minutes early you still won't get a fresh kolache or pig in the blanket it will STILL be microwaved. Talk about an excuse for a business ,sad, i really used to like this

Apple fritter was hard the gentleman working was not very polite the lady fixing up the coffee area was very nice they were not welcoming when I came in the door though I felt like it was a hole in the wall. And being from out of town I didn't get the welcome

Well it was my first time to go inside this establishment. Even tho I thought I knew what I may had wanted prior to won't over to this donut shop. The moment I walked inside my mind had become unsure of what I all exactly i wanted to order as I was not ordering just only for myself but for my whole family. The guy working there was pretty quick to ask what we wanted and I informed him that I was not exactly sure yet. So my husband and I were discussing what to get everyone (himself, me and our 4 children ages 22yr-8yrs of age who were still back at the hotel). Well I didn't decide fast enough for him so he very agitatedly said "I'll just help you whenever you're ready". So my husband and I were looking at ALL the options and choices of things that they had to choose from. Which they do have plenty of options to choose from. Which is really nice to have so many. But within the next minute the lady working there she was really ready for us to order right away. So I just settled on half and half dozen. (Which wasn't what I had wanted to order.) And as I went to get the money from my wallet. The lady worker had already opened her cash register and grabbed loose change out before I could even open my purse. They are not very friendly here what so ever, they do not have tables nor chairs for any of the patrons visiting to have a seat as usual shops would and do offer. Plus their jelly donuts are done so off. They dig a hole in the very top of it then it jelly in the little hole. It's not a true jelly filled donut at all. Very disappointing ?

Rude, rushed and wrong. Sunday morning. She didn’t listen, was put out because she had to make some raspberry filled and didn’t listen. Got home to find that I’d received the wrong number and types of doughnuts. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.
people here are smug and rude, there are MANY other donut shops with better service in this town.

Talked to a.young woman on the phone that was really nice...go in and, who I assume are the owners, we're not friendly at all. There is too much competition to not be kind or at least helpful and considerate to customers.

these are the best donuts the people are friendly and always throw a little something extra when I buy donuts the only thing I hate is when they close for a month inthe summer because I can't find another good donut. I'm waiting now for them to open back up so I can have the best donuts in the lake area.
