This place has nothing but children working here. The burgers we ordered were over cooked, cold, and tasted awful. We don’t dare complain to these children because they would retaliate and do something really nasty to our food. The best thing we can do is just never go back there.

Every time I come get food here it’s always either wrong missing or just not what I ordered. I understand hiring kids to work and mistakes happen but not every time. Today I seen what the problem is, it’s nothing but a bunch of kids that take work as playtime and don’t actually do their job. I just had to go back and forth 3 times and this isn’t the first time having issues here. MANAGEMENT IS VOID HERE. This will be the last time I spend my hard earned money for an establishment that doesn’t value the only thing keeping them in business. So thank the lack of and poor management but this place has lost my business.

I've tried to give this place more than a few chances. I would not recommend it. There's a long term employee whom is allowed to be hostile toward customers. Every time we bring our family there she is waiting with aggression and hostility. The manager watched her almost toss her computer screen out of the window at me and my child and did nothing about it. She verbally assaulted me and yelled in front of my children. One whom has special needs and it terrified them. This is not the first incident with her. The manager not intervening was also concerning. I will try to find corporates information to relay each of my visits. Maybe then we can safely enjoy sonic here.

I just wanted to come here to say whoever the GM or owner of this place is rocks! I am seriously addicted to the cinnamon snacks and sonic took it off the menu, but since they still have supply they let me buy them! ? I have been to canton sonic and they denied me. I actually don’t live here but I’ll drive here for the food because it’s all well prepared and delicious! Thank you Sonic Gunbarrel!

Always gets my order wrong. But the girls delivering the food are always nice and courteous, I just wish the people making the food woke up a bit and had someone review and check orders before they go out.
