PLEASE train employees on what to do during door dash orders. If you DONT have an item CALL THE CUSTOMER and inform them so you can give them a choice they actually want, instead of just replacing it based on your own discretion.
Ordered honey oat bread, you claimed it was “discontinued” which is funny considering Mabank store DOES have it. Instead of contacting me you just replaced it with wheat…which I don’t like. Could’ve been a simple fix but instead I had to cancel my whole order because you refused to remake it. Lazy lazy lazy.

I ordered a 12" tuna on wheat. It was the worst sandwich from them I have received from them. Plus Cheeros that were extremely old.

I was there at 8:15... ordered a 6in and a wrap... ordering went well... I paid and left.. made it 10 minutes up the road to my destination and went to eat my 6 in the Bread was so hard.. I just had to eat the inside out of it... I will be returning tomorrow to get my $1.50 tip back that I left for the girl that made my sandwich... she knew it was hard and still sold it that way....

If I could give then a 0 I would I put my order in 1hr before I arrived and it said completed and when i got there they didn't even have it made sad excuse of a subway never going here again
This is the best Subway around the lake. Employees always cut up with me and do whatever it takes to make my lunch enjoyable. I live north of 175 and will drive past the Mabank location to come here.
No air conditioner. Employees are dieing and it's really hard to wait for a sandwich in 90 + degrees

6:30 pm Monday July 1, 2024 Went to location to get two footlongs. Ordered 2 of the pepperoni,salami, ham and capicola. They were out of the capicola saying it have been discontinued. So I asked for extra pepperoni in it's place. She said, she could do that. Then when the other young girl was ringing up she proceeded to charge extra for the pepperoni, I said no, if one meat is not available then substitute. They said they can't do that. But you see, I'm paying for 4 meats not three. So I left angry without the sandwiches. That's bad business. Won't be back.!
