Came into this location to get lunch. A female employee telling customers they have 4 online orders ahead of us?? 3:30pm / April 27thReally??? So.....The rest of your customers don't recieve service?? Ok......Went somewhere else!! Just ridiculous. Do better!! Hope your 4 online orders are worth the rest of your customers!

This location still does not have a working drive thru.While the sign says it does, they do not speak to you. Sat at the sign for 10 minutes only to pull open and be told the drive thru works. However, they do not greet you or tell you to wait just a minute. This has been all 3 of my trips in the last month, not just a one time thing. Please actually fix your drive thru.

Everytime I go it's something, once before I got attitude for using the drivethru, last time I waited for 15 mins for her to make the sandwiches (2) and I mean she was making them not waiting because they were Busy she just went so slow and kept stopping to talk to her coworker now today they are out of cheese, vegetables, most meats, etc. I hate to complain but this is ridiculous

I tried using a coupon that doesn't expire until March 24, 2024. It wouldn't take it, so we get charged full price. Plus every time we go to this location they are constantly out of product...I'll never return to this

They open up 9 got there at 10 and the lady said she just put the meatballs in and that it would take 15 mins. If yall don’t have the food ready then yall shouldn’t be open yet! Had to go to the one at Walmart and luckily everything was ready there!
