Whoever the man is that was working at Noon on Sunday, May 28th 2023 needs to be evaluated as a future employee. I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful person in any fast food such as him. Because of him you will have high food waste in this store. My son entered that Subway twice to get our order once with only my name, and again with my mobile receipt and name and the employee still refused to give the food to my son. When I went in there I was angry at this point, I told him please give me my food that I sent my son in for. He then tells me I cannot send my son in for the PAID FOR WITH A MATCHING RECEIPT food. I told him I'll send whoever I want to in to get the food that's paid for. He finally gives me my food. When inspecting the food to pass it to my family we realize every sandwich is roast beef, not 3 steak and cheese and a cold cut combo. I went back in to address it and asked for them to be remade and he tells me he can't do that...I'm irate by time, he calls whoever and they tell him to remake them. As he was doing so he opened the sub with his hands (No gloves) and said something under his breath, I then tell him nevermind I want a refund. He calls whoever again and needs whoever to walk him through a refund, which I'm still not sure he did that right. Please train your employees better before you leave them to work by themselves, if allowed to work alone they should know basic reading skills and the difference between steak and roast beef, as well as different sandwiches like a cold cut combo.

Horrible employees that are here tonight went in. Noone at counter waited and waited after almost 15 minutes and some girl came around laughing that I was waiting when I told her how long I had been there. I left cause she just kept laughing. Went to Taco Casa was in and out with very nice employees!

This place is a joke put in a mobile order 30 minutes before I needed it the app said the order was ready I get there wait another 10 minutes and my order still not ready wasted almost my entire lunch break to get asandwich

NO ROAST BEEF...so we had to get our 3 double meat footlongs with ham and turkey only, but the meat on them was INCREDIBLY GENEROUS and delicious.

Hands down the most unsanitary subway I've ever been to. The plastic covers on all the ingredients had all kinds of crumbs and dressings on top of them. Several of the containers had mixed ingredients. I asked for may on my sandwich and when he lifted the bottle out a piece of lettuce and a black olive fell off the end of the bottle into my sandwich. I have no idea how this place passes a health code inspection.

Nothing makes me more upset then when I ask for my food to be made a certain way and I am told no. I explained twice how I would like my sandwich made and I was told she makes a perfect sandwich her way. At that point I was done telling her how I like MY sandwich to be made. If y'all don't want business then close up shop and let someone else in that space. This is the third subway in town. There is no need to have 3 of the same businesses in a small area especially if you are going to give poor customer service.
