About a hundred dollars worth of food and they wouldn't give me four small water cups when I bought a gallon of tea for us to be able to drink it on the job side

Service is so slow everytime. If I go inside and order to go it's even worse. For a family order I set a timer, 50 minutes to get our food. Everyone was standing around the front just waiting. The second time I ordered in the drive thru, get this 35 minutes for a family order of 4. Food is awesome but this location has to get their management together. 3rd time and last time got all the way home and the order was all wrong it someone else's.

I ordered a super burrito and I only got a burrito the size of a soft taco and I go to ask for another since it’s 4.59 I would like a SUPER BURRITO and this lady was just rude and throw food around and it’s the manager

Not sure why they will not use their second drive thru lane. Maybe because of getting good help. Using both ordered lanes, then making them merge together, backs things up really bad. This is not the fastest place any way. Still blows Taco Bell away.

We stop every time we are in Gun Barrel City and the service has been great and the food has always been great for a fast food restaurant.
I worked here for about a month. It wasn't my favorite place to work at in gun barrel. They cut my hours so I could barely afford to make it back and forth. I am not sure where I maybe next. If they ask any of my past employers I was really trying to work there aside PTSD. However don't tell me your going to write me up for going to the doctor. But hey I can write a review now. Because the social media guidelines no longer apply for me. I was rehired here. I worked at Taco casa in Crandall in between Nexus and salavation army dv. I didn't get written up though. I have enough knowledge to know a doctor's note will override a write up. Just pray my check is right. This review was a month agian. But it was edited. I got rehired here in gun barrel. I mean I know cricket and Taco casa are related. But who cares about Angela Michelle Vaughan. Like I just edited this because it was edited. But who values my life I deserve to live under a bridge because I am the crazy girl. Blocking my photo. And the review was actually from a month ago. Added a second photo. I didn't steal anyone phone. I had 5551 since sisterhood. 2023.

I stopped in last week to eat lunch and went to wash my hands and the water was barely trickling out I went to ask the manager what was wrong with their water pressure she totally got offended but it's a city it's a city then realized how rude she was hopefully and then tried to come and explain to me over and over how the city just doesn't have good water pressure I was really mainly concerned the fact that how can you wash your hands with any water barely coming out considering you're supposed to wash your hands before you leave the bathroom if you work there but by the reaction I got I'm pretty concerned that no one washes their hands there so I will not be back side note I went to Burger King down the road their water pressure is just fine I had no problem washing my hands so I could eat
