Order a soft taco and got a hard taco and then had to pay extra cause they messed up on top of that gave me my food and when I said this is suppose to be soft they took it back, if I not mistaken once u give a customer there order and it's messed up ur not suppose to take it back and sit it on the counter suppose go in the trash or customer keeps it..

The food is so bland....and that spicy bean burrito needed some Diablo sauce from Taco Bell. Now I remember why I don't eat there. Sorry but tried it 4 times, something different each time and always disappointed....so after our last visit it will definitely be my last.

Apparently we discovered Taco Casa has changed their triangle shaped traditional tortilla chips of good quality to "large & thick frito corn chips" for legitimate tortilla chips. The 2 orders of NACHOS SUPREME we ordered were actually NASTY NASTY DISGUSTING FRITO PIES! YUCK! HORRIBLE! Why would Corporate remove the base ingredient of nachos EVERYWHERE subbing them for large thick frito chips unless it was for the obvious reason ... cutting costs & CORPORATE GREED! Shame on you! You've already close to doubled most menu items claiming rising food prices. Quit cutting corners & live up to the reputation you once garnered you stupid idiots. I lost $20 on the s$!+ you shamefully served us. That's money down the drain for us. We feel so ripped off from our sad experience today. Shame on you Taco Casa! Your customers deserve better. Loyalty is earned!
