The food at the Gun Barrel Whataburger continues to get worse. At our last visit our hamburgers tasted like they had been sitting out and were over salted. All of our fry containers were half empty and our fries were cold. Plus, they left 2 fries out and we had to go back to get them.

I placed my order online using my rewards. When I got to the window he informed me that they only allow rededemption of two reward items at time. We ordered four items and it took all of the points f[r all of them. He still insisted that I pay for two of the items. I told me it gave me two coupons for these items. It did not. My points were still used. He finally accepted the points that he already got and said we do not owe anything. We will contact the corporate office to see if this is a normal practice.
