The food tastes pretty good, but I ordered through the drive through and they wanted to shove everything into a small bag. I asked for 2 large fries and an avocado bacon burger whatameal with no onions. I was told everything was in the bag and to trust them, so I did. When I got home and opened the single bag they had given, one of my large fries was missing, and only a medium and large fry was in the bag. I was still charged for that large fry and I know they had made it because there was only us and another person in line, yet they still took a very long while to give us our food. So I hope they enjoyed the large fry I paid for even though I hadn't eaten yet and just got off work ?.

We ordered 2 breakfast platters at 9:10am and they did not bring us our food until 9:45am. While we were waiting, a group of four people came in and hugged on several of the employees. They were brought food immediately while there were at least 12 to 15 people in the lobby that had ordered before those people came in. To add insult to injury those four people were able to complete their entire meal and leave while giving us a smirk on the way out. When we brought to the attention of the manager that we had waited over 30 minutes his solution was to offer a pie. No thanks Whataburger, we will never be back to this location again You lost our business and we used come at least once a week.
Went couple weeks back for something different. My husband can't eat meat so we Google and it says they serve a vegetarian meal. The lady argued with us even asked the manager they said no but it's a hidden menu dnt know why they should help u either way . Very dissatisfied
The prices have totally gotten crazy. When a fast food double cheese burger cost over $10.00 (by itself). Sorry, you have finally priced me out of the market. When it cost $30.00 for a couple to go have a dinner at a burger joint. Crazy. What a shame. I have been eating at What a Burger since 1966.

Excellent food! Fast and friendly service and above and beyond normal customer service. I picked up my drink and paid for my order at the first window and drove right by the 2nd window, without stopping to pick up my order, as if I was in hot pursuit of a criminal. However, there was no emergency, just had a lot on my mind and left in a hurry without picking up my order. When I realized my mistake, I called in and was told that they have my order under the heat lamp. I quickly returned to pick up my order and they remade my order because they wanted it to be fresh and up to their high standards, and offered me a refill on my drink. So, their food is excellent as well as their commitment to customer service!

Tried to use coupon in the APP for a free chicken sandwich when you purchase a fry and a drink. Bought the fry and drink and tapped to redeem the coupon. They charged me for 2 fries and 2 drinks with my free chicken sandwich. I tried to explain what the issue was when I went to go pick up the order. The manager jaylen said she couldn't do anything about it and gave me the number for APP support. I asked her if she could just issue a refund a refund for 1 fry and 1 drink at the store and for some reason - she couldn't do that?♀️ ? even though I was sure to let her know that I picked up no food from the order. Called the number and explained what happened. The rep said that she would put in to cancel the transaction with upper managers. She couldn't tell me when I should expect a refund. ? I was sure to let the rep know that no part of my order was picked up. SO I WON'T BE RETURNING TO WATABURGER. I never eat here anyway. I just wanted to give them a try because they were offering a "free chicken sandwich"? ?♀️all that advertising money spent to get new customers.... completely WASTED. I Don know why it's so hard to understand 1 fry, 1 drink and a free chicken sandwich? and why an on duty manager was unable to solve a very simple issue. I left the oder there and never picked up anything. The transaction is pending on my card at the moment. If it post to my account _ I'll just dispute the charge since I received nothing from the order. ??flat out RIDICULOUS. I went down the road and got a double cheeseburger ? and fries from McDonald's using their APP and thier coupon and paid less than $3. Was served to me curbside in less than 5min.
