Most rude experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The girl taking the order was rude and kept interrupting with questions about the order. All we wanted was to be clear on what we did want in the sandwich, in her frustrations she quickly told us we could take our business elsewhere and hung up. We called back but no one would answer. I realized it was 20 min till close and they weren't interested in helping us. I could not believe the way we were treated. I won't be spending my money as a place that allows the employees to treat customers this way. All we wanted was a snack.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Order came out in about 1 minute. Food was hard, cold and gross. Drinks weren’t right. Didn’t add the lime to the drink, just the bill. Only way to make a difference is to never go again. Sad.

Does sonic not give Marinara sauce anymore? Are they just skimping out? Got some mozzarella sticks with my burger and there was none. A few weeks ago, got 2 big orders of mozzarella sticks and literally got one sauce. ONE. For two big orders despite me putting 4 on the online order. Do better. I know yall are the only fast food place within miles but come on. This isn't cool. Also like to add, since when are the mozzarella sticks filled with water? ?

They seem to always run out of gravy. Tried an experiment and every week I asked for the chicken dinner for 2 months. Well guess what they are still out of gravy. Starting to think that sonic gravy is the ice cream machine of McDonalds. Always not Available. Anyways I just want my chicken dinner with gravy. Not hard a request. Sonic get your staff together.

I finished an amazing day of school preparing for the homecoming game. I thought to myself how delighted I would be to enjoy some tasty sonic. I placed an order and it was outrageous! There were so many people there and the service was horrid. After 37 I received my order of a #1 and #12. I was excited to feast upon my meal after the extremely long wait, but when I looked at my food I was missing 2 out of the 3 ranches I ordered and my chicken was not prepared nicely with care as the buffalo sauce was lightly drizzled on one side of the chicken other than smuggled upon my whole meal. Secondly my burger had floppy lettuce and plasticky cheese which was very undelightful. I don't think I will ever place an order at this sonic again, and I recommend you do the same!
