“We love this place! Several times a year, we drive the 40+ miles from Lubbock for the Carlito's experience. Jessica is an excellent waitress, very friendly and professional. The food is really spectacular....some of the best anywhere. We particularly recommend the enchiladas, chili rellenos and the all-you-can-eat tacos. The atmosphere is unique, kind of Caribbean.
