Just went to chugs since it says they open at 7am. Trying to get a gallon of purified water before work it’s 7:08am. I drove thru the drive thru and they claim to be closed this establishment is run by teenagers. I guess I’ll start going to the gas station to get my gallons of water during summertime

Is this corporate owned or family owned? The customer service has always sucked, the only reason I came back was because the tea was good and I wanted to support a local family owned business. Very disappointed, I get tea every week here. I placed an order at 5:40 pulled up at 6:04 the lady walked right past the window and turned off the lights, when I pulled up the man on the speaker said sorry we are closed. My tea was already made I was 4 mins late they were available to take the money. I will not be coming back here nor recommending this place. If you are not good at customer service they’re our other jobs out there. Please don’t ruin our experience for the lack of your customer service experience. HTeaO will be my new tea place.

I love stopping by when I am In Longview. Peach , Vanilla Chai, and Blackberry are my favorites. The young ladies are always friendly, and helpful and the atmosphere is always inviting 😊

Only $2.99 for filtered water and the best tea, pretty much any combination you can think of. Self service if you walk in and it's worth it, they've got cherries, limes, lemons, even boba. Personal half gallons for sale as well as kids cups with straws which we will be buying next!
I could go every day and the cost is similar to Sonics WITH the half off so totally worth it
Even after the ice causes days of closing and expired teas, they were able to quickly the tea that I asked for.I usually get at least one 5 gallon bottle of water and they always help me by loading them in my vehicle.
