Every time I go get a blizzard they do not make it right. I always get the same thing, Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard with Pecans. They either forget the cheesecake bites, don’t put enough of them like literally 3 pieces making me basically just eat strawberry ice cream, or they forget the pecans. Today I got the blizzard and asked for extra cheesecake & pecans and they did the cheesecake right this time, BUT they did not put the pecans! I pay for the Pecans & never get them! I don’t understand why this blizzard is so hard to make at this location??

Owner really needs to take Better care of the employees. I seen him talking really rude to a employee one day and she was the kindest most respectful worker I was serviced with almost like the man came in and was on a drunken rage talk kinda and country styled looking dude🤔

The drive-thru has a huge hole that needs to be fixed. It could mess your car up, so watch out. The service wasn't too good, but the food was good! The Pumpkin Pie Blizzard was fantastic🎃

Absolutely pathetic. The last several times that I have ordered here the food has been terrible. They can't even make a decent salad due to rotten and wilted lettuce. Any kind of meat is completely saturated in grease. Someone that can take some kind of pride in the product is desperately needed

I am by no means the type to leave a review of any kind in fact I don’t believe I ever have. But what happened today has to be documented so that others are aware of what may happen to them. My brother came through for food on his way to work this afternoon and shortly after sent this to me out of concern. What if this particular guest was pregnant? Being a place that people put faith into when it comes to the quality of food they receive, they have surely failed that expectation. If no pride is going to be taken on what you serve guest then why even be open? What’s even more concerning is that when he called to complain they showed little to no concern and were very short. I know people lie in order to receive free food but that was surely not the case today. Please check your food from here before leaving. I’m sure this is not the first nor the last time this has happened.

Very good customer service. Employees smiling and very attentive. I might be a little biased but I know my wife and her smile and her kindness will for sure keep customers coming back. I have eaten here many times and this is the best I have seen the store and the customer service.

Picked up an order that was called in, and on arrival there were 3 people working in the front and I’m unsure of the back of the establishment. No customers were in the dining area and 2 cars were in the drive through. The employees seemed happy for the downtime… I get it, however no excuse for food to be missing in the order. I had another delivery so I could not come back for the rest of the missing food immediately, when I drove 30 minutes back to pick up the missing items and deliver them to the customer I asked for some water. They were not happy about giving me water.
Stopped in at this Dairy Queen with the family and had a great experience. The food came out hot, the treats were made just right, and everyone loved what they got. The staff were friendly and quick, and the place was clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The food and service has declined since all the turnover in management & staff. The food temp , taste & accuracy is very inconsistent as of lately. Also the drive thru potholes are astronomical. I’m confident Hallsville DQ can do better…

I've always been curious as to why Dairy Queen is slower than all the other fast food restaurants. But, they are. Anyway, their food is good, but we never go there because their restaurants are few and far in between and their customer service has always been so slow. Tonight, my husband decided to go and it seems their customer service is falling off in another way. We asked for no onions, not a huge bigger. But my bun was also nearly burnt and felt rock solid. It just seems like over the past 10 years, every single fast food place hires people who have no pride.
