Terrible service.
Was barely greeted when I walked in to get the sandwiches.
It’s a shame to pay extra $$ to have extra meat or whatever a person desires, only to have a sprinkle of what you paid for.
Trying out this new pepperoni and cheese dipper and they couldn’t remember to add the sauce in with the damn order.
I make it home to learn this.
Should I have checked the bag? Yeah probably… but the point is, it’s on the damn receipt… it’s literally on paper. You employees are TOLD how to make a sandwich in writing. You employees are given written instruction on condiments and things that are to be with the order. And you can’t even follow that…
I will drive an hour before I go back to the subway in Hallsville.

We decided to have Subway for lunch today. We walked in and everything was clean and wiped down. We went to go order and the first part went great, we then moved down to the vegetables and add ons and it was almost completely empty. We didn’t have very much to choose from and was very disappointed. Then ended up running out of condiments as well to put on the sandwiches.

Working in Hallsville went to get lunch. Ordered a 6 inch sub and everything I requested " we are out of that", no tea had been made that day, "they forgot it", the lettuce was turning brown. Just horrible food and service.

Had my granddaughter with me dining inside when two of the employees were talking loud and dropping the “F” bomb every other word. Will not ever return to this restaurant again, need to keep your mouth out of the gutter!

Just left waited in line 10 minutes no service they got a large order of 50 sandwiches phoned in so they stopped serving customers in the store. I asked him if they could serve a sandwich to the people in the store while making the other sandwiches and I was told no, not until the other sandwiches that somebody phoned in. We’re done terrible customer service will never go there again.

Arrived for dinner. Walked into the lobby. Noticed it was NOT clean and no employees in sight AND no one else in the lobby. Waited for a few mins. Finally someone came from the back. Had to tell her what we wanted several times as we were met with a “huh” after everything we said. Finally got to the register. Also what makes subway worth almost 30 bucks for two foot longs chips and 2 small drinks?? Went to get our drinks. They were out of sweet tea and Dr Pepper. Drink station was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and trash all over it. I tried to call for the employees but they disappeared to the back. I had to literally yell to get any type of response. When I inform them they were out of drinks. They shrug and say do you want something else to drink? Will NEVER eat at subway again.

No one came here for your snarky remarks and immature attitude. “Chelsea” (the blonde) seemed extremely uncomfortable working with you. The two customers that walked out without ordering should have been a sign sir. Do better.

Second time in a row sandwiches weren't cut in half. Cold even after toasting. Wrong bread every time. Rude service. Missing items. None of the kid specific items woth the meal were there again. Last time ill be back. I never leave review, but this subway is terrible.
