I spend a lot of money at this particular location per month. We feed my husband's crew about once a week and its a large crew. I placed a single order the other night and received the wrong items in the bag. I called the on shift manager to let her know so they could maybe refund the difference in what I received and she was astonishingly unprofessional for someone in a leadership position. Mistakes happen and I wasnt even angry. I just didnt want to pay $20 for a junior burger. She cut me off before I could even tell her what was in my bag. She repeatedly told me there isnt anyway she messed up the order since she done it herself. To the owners you should seriously consider your choices in management. Now the young man that was working the counter was great. Future orders will be done in Longview or Marshall so long as this is the type of leadership responsible for our orders.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to receive a Luke warm breakfast burger and missing half my hash browns and it never fails to disappoint me every time I go to this Whataburger thinkin maybe this time it’ll be better and it never is

Absolutely the worst Whataburger! Wait time no matter what time you go is going to be 30-45minutes. They can’t keep track of who’s order is who’s, that’s if they take the order correct the first time.

Waited one hour for my food. Manager was avoiding the customers and made the cashier take all of the heat from the people waiting. Food was good and loved getting the free kids meal when buying a meal.

This has got to be the worst whataburger on the planet. The day time staff just sucks. No matter how many times we try to give them a chance, they always mess up the orders. It took them 40 minutes to give us our order. Mind you, we ordered on the app ahead of time so we could arrive and pick it up. Then we finally get our order and it’s wrong. Nothing is more infuriating than waiting for your order for it to be incorrect. Drive to Longview, save your time. Don’t bother going here.

Always fresh and friendly at this location. I just wish the wait times weren’t always so long! Sometimes they have two rows of vehicles and you’ll be sitting for 10 minutes.
