I don't know what it is with whataburgers in general but all are a little slow. I get burgers made fresh and so forth but the whataburger in Hallsville is extremely slow. There were 3 cars in line at the drive through and it still took 20 minutes to get a justaburger kids meal with a small shake and a medium shake. My food sat in the window while I was there for 5 minutes that i know of and the worker instead of giving me my food was filling up other drinks. Just give the customer the food and let them get on their way.

Sat there for ten minutes only person in line and didn't even get to pay for my food as the workers were staring at me ended up leaving its always slow I thought because I was the only one it would have been faster but it wasnt.
Delicious hot burgers and sandwiches. They don't make it until you order, so your order will take a while to be delivered. Their specialty sandwiches are alll must tries!

We spent 30 mins in line watching everyone that was behind us get their food first. When we finally did get our food there was no apology for the extensive wait time, the soda was flat and spilled all over the place, and my order was incorrect. I was too frustrated at that point and had already wasted so much time waiting that I didn’t even bother trying to address it. The chicken sandwich meal (around $12) we actually did get was the same size as a value meal chicken sandwich from McDonalds and honestly McDonald’s probably would have been better.
Whataburger is always good! Quick and friendly service sets this location as a great place to go.
