“We had the opportunity to stay in the new bed & breakfast at Walker’s Mill and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Dinner was amazing! We began with a hearty serving of spicy corn chowder, then chose tender filet au gratin and the chef’s special which was a flavorful jambalaya. The room felt warm and welcoming, and was beautifully appointed. I slept better than I have in months. This is is such a relaxing, rejuvenating place to unwind and it was much needed for both of us. The hosts are incredible and the entire property is gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back! Special thanks to our hosts Adriana and Art Strahan. Now for brunch. ♥️ 10/10 recommend!“

“We have been there for 3 wine tastings so far. We really enjoyed the ones Ron hosted for us. He knows so much about the grapes and wine from various regions. So it was quite a history lesson when he was our host. This time we had a different host and she was not as knowledgeable about grapes and wine. She was only able to tell us where the grapes or juice came from for the wine we were drinking and whether it was dry or sweet or fruity. If Ron is no longer hosting, we will probably go back to trying out other vineyards.“
