Listen. I love Burger Box. I've eaten here since I was a kid. The Guac burger is awesome and I would love especially to come back to this location since it's close to my partners house and a great date spot- but the attitude from Wanda is genuinely absurd. Me and my partner came in to an empty restaurant, ordered our meals, sat down, and ate quietly. I knew I wanted Ice cream, but I heard the staff get 3 Doordash orders in quick succession (which Wanda loudly complained about) and several other customers had come in so I figured we could wait until things slowed down for them. When everyone seemed to have their food and the staff were free, my boyfriend and I went up to order ice cream before leaving and Wanda had the nastiest attitude. I mean, if you hate having customers order food at a place that serves food so much, why work at a damn Burger Box? We didn't say anything rude to this lady, we didn't have any issues at all. We just wanted to order ice cream, and this lady gave me a nasty glare for anything I did. She took the order just fine but went to scoop the wrong ice cream, and when I mentioned so, she was visibly annoyed that she had to go wash the ice cream scoop. Even patronized my partner as he went to pay for it. Completely ruined the vibe of our date simply because we existed as customers. The young ladies I've seen working here before were far nicer and would be much better suited for a customer position. The other woman working with Wanda must be a saint to listen to that all day.

You definitely need to go here and try their Philly cheese steak. Another great item is the veggie burger surprisingly enough.
My experience at Burger box was fantastic. Service was so good that I came back the next day and ordered a fish sandwich that it's definitely worth the wait. Very friendly ladies. Great place

This used to be so good in the last couple times I've eat here the meat is so crispy it's like a dried piece of cardboard. It makes me very sad because it was my favorite hamburger place
