On October 11th 2025 manager, Carlos stood to the side while one of his employees assaulted my 16 year-old daughter verbally and physically. My daughter start working there in June of this year. She made multiple complaints about the 26-year-old predator “Jashawn Perkins” that was making advances towards her and another 15-year-old after they informed him of their ages and needless to say nothing was done about it. So, I as a parent went up there to speak with the manager, Carlos. I was immediately approach by the predator “Jashawn” I asked to speak with management. He informed me he was the district manager “the predator that is” I said no sir. I need to speak with your manager. He then tells me my daughter is rude disrespectful amongst a bunch of other names. I asked Carlos to step outside So I could speak with him, but He was unable to control his employee who came outside with us and tried to intimidate, bully and verbally assault me all while Carlos stood there with a clipboard in his hand. So after the altercation happened, they allowed the predator to stay in the building on the clock working after physically harming my 16yr old daughter and after the cops were called and also after I informed them that he is INDEED stealing customers credit card information as well.. Yes, I did reach out to corporate “ Rafael” and the actual district manager Joel before any of this occurred and they still did nothing..” I called and left messages and no one would even answer or return the voicemails”Everything that I’ve stated can be proven so if you plan on eating their please TAKE CASH‼️‼️ and hide your daughters…..

I would give it zero stars if I could always cold food here and I have tried to give it multiple tries just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean it needs to be bad food it’s like corporate doesn’t check on this place!
They need to answer the phone, bad service, I bought a kids meal of 4 chicken nuggets and nuggets are stones, my grandson didn't eat them, your kitchen people have to check the food times, those nuggets have a lot of time, I hope they answer so they can replace my food or give me my money back.

We went on around noon to eat some lunch and no employees were anywhere in the back. We yelled hello and no one came to take our order. The only employee we saw was sitting down on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge we were there.

No one answered the phone! Called 6 times. Busy line, only. Called, finally ringing, and there was no answer for it to just hang up. I am missing 2 of my 3 pies I ordered and paid for. Just want you to know you owe me 2 pies or my money. If I can not call, then rating is my only way! Makes having it your way real crappy, oh yes! Update: I went back with my receipt, and they replaced the pies. So I changed the 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you!
The service here is horrible I asked the woman if they had root beer and instead of just saying yes she told me to pull forward I asked a second time and she then again says pull forward I had to ask 3 times just for her to give me attitude then after I pay she grabs her phone sends some text then touches my food without washing her hands I don't know if she takes a shit with her phone in her hand they just hire anyone for that job
