No one answered the phone! Called 6 times. Busy line, only. Called, finally ringing, and there was no answer for it to just hang up. I am missing 2 of my 3 pies I ordered and paid for. Just want you to know you owe me 2 pies or my money. If I can not call, then rating is my only way! Makes having it your way real crappy, oh yes! Update: I went back with my receipt, and they replaced the pies. So I changed the 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you!
The service here is horrible I asked the woman if they had root beer and instead of just saying yes she told me to pull forward I asked a second time and she then again says pull forward I had to ask 3 times just for her to give me attitude then after I pay she grabs her phone sends some text then touches my food without washing her hands I don't know if she takes a shit with her phone in her hand they just hire anyone for that job

Worst service. I ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich and received a sausage and cheese sandwich on a hamburger bun. I went back and the girl at the drive through said they were out of croissants and only had whopper jr buns and biscuits. So, she gave me a ham egg and cheese biscuit. It was terrible. Total waste of time and money.

Terrible service, avoid this place like dog poop. Went drive through and meal deals. Got cold burgers, they forgot the fries, no ketchup. Wtf! Last time I ever come to a BK. I was the only customer. No wonder. The employee could not take my order over the speaker system, I don't think she could speak English very well. I suggest avoiding this place altogether if you are not fluent in Spanish.

This loc is really a hit or miss. In fact i hate going here if its not because this one is closer I wouldn’t even be here. Go to the one on 377 instead of. What kind of store keeps not having freeze, might as well take it of the online order.

It was fast and chicken nuggets were hot and fresh but burger tasted old bun was hard , could be friendlier as well but I understand it's fast food and the workers put up with alot it's a hard job with small pay just wish they were friendly
